Inclusive education has increasingly become the mainstream of21st century international education thoughts, the development of the quality of teachers is an important factor to realize inclusion. Britain is in the forefront in training inclusive teachers of the world, in this paper, the British inclusive teachers’pre-service training situation as the research object, and hopes to carry out the theoretical exploration and practical discussion of the condition where inclusive teachers’ pre-service training of the four areas in UK, to find, analyze and summarize the characteristics of teachers’ pre-service training, then combines the actual conditions of study along with the class teachers training in China, puts forward corresponding suggestions for cultivating inclusive teachers in China.This paper is divided into four most:First chapter is the introduction part briefly introduced the research purpose and meaning, domestic and foreign research present situation and research methods in this paper.The second chapter summarize the overall situation of the inclusive teachers’ pre-service training in UK, and makes a brief combing of the background, development course of the inclusive education introduces the British inclusive teacher training status quo.The third chapter to the sixth chapter is the main part of the paper, for the British all the teachers’ pre-service training points region is introduced. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are analyzed in detail the inclusive of teacher training policy background, the development of the whole concrete strategy of teachers’ pre-service training, selection and England, Scotland, and Wales of the typical practical cases, more detailed in-depth introduction of the UK inclusive the condition of teachers’ pre-service training.Chapter seven summarizes the analysis the characteristics of teachers’ pre-service training, and through analyzing the current situation of study along with the class teacher training in China, based on the experience of the British, puts forward suggestions on cultivating inclusive teachers in China.
