Along with the growing attention paid by the state and the society to the importance of the vocational education, higher vocational college sizes have been growing rapidly. However, the quality of cultivating talented people in higher vocational colleges has not been improved accordingly, and the capability of higher vocational colleges to meet the demand of skillfully talented people needed by the economic and social development is still weak. Teaching specialized technology-related courses is an important way to achieve the purpose of cultivating high-quality technologically and skillfully talented people in higher vocational colleges. Technological ideas and methods are notions and concepts inherent in technology, are means and methods of analyzing and resolving technological problems, and have a high degree of abstraction, generality and extensive migration value. The effective infiltration of technological ideas and methods by higher vocational college teachers in teaching specialized technology-related courses will improve teaching efficiency and effectiveness, promote students’ intemalization of technological ideas and methods and their improvement of technological capabilities, and facilitate their formation of a complete, harmonious and scientific technological outlook.In this paper, educational observation and interview methods are adopted and the Computer Network Technology course teaching in a higher vocational college in the Changzhou university town is used as the research object to conduct a2-month educational observation on the classroom teaching of2higher vocational college teachers who jointly prepare lessons for the same level of students, to interview part of the teachers teaching specialized technology-related courses in several higher vocational colleges in the university town, to conduct a survey of higher vocational college teachers’ understanding of and attention to technological ideas and methods as well as the status of their infiltration of technological ideas and methods in the classroom teaching process, to analyze the problems existing in the filtration of technological ideas and methods by the teachers teaching specialized technology-related courses in higher vocational colleges as well as the causes of these problems.On the basis of the concept that the infiltration of technological ideas and methods can improve and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of "teaching" and "learning" of specialized technology-related courses, with respect to the problems existing in the infiltration of technological ideas and methods in the teaching of specialized technology-related courses in higher vocational colleges, using the Computer Network Technology as an example, the teaching strategy of infiltrating technological ideas and methods in teaching specialized technology-related courses is hereby proposed:firstly, paying full attention to technological ideas and methods, clearly defining specialized teaching objectives and requirements for students’ technological capabilities and grasping the principles of infiltrating technological ideas and methods in the actual teaching process; secondly, exploring the elements relating to technological ideas and methods contained in the teaching content to enrich the teaching content; thirdly, grasping important opportunities to infiltrate technological ideas and methods in the teaching process; fourthly, attaching importance to teaching feedbacks and leading students in the formation, internalization and migration of technological ideas and methods.
