Study On Connection Between Specialized PE Courses And Employment Abilities Of Suzhou Vocational Colleges In Engineering Specialty As An Example

With the rapid development of economy and the fast increase of enterprises,outstanding graduates in higher vocational colleges, who have certain expertise, are moreand more welcome among enterprises. Those engineering students, because of theirmajors’ closeness with the development of science and technology and economy, havebetter job prospects.Researches have found that in recruiting enterprises not only attach importance tostudents’ professional knowledge, skills and good ability of theory and practice, it alsoattaches great importance to students’ physical quality and the development level ofprofessional fitness. Therefore, the development of vocational college students’ physicalquality and the occupational physical ability is one of the important functions of schoolphysical education teaching.This article through the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expertinterview method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper analyzes thecomposition of employment ability and also researches and analyze the current situation ofSuzhou’ vocational college sports curriculum teaching,including the space, equipment,sports teachers’ and students’ learning attitude and motivation, etc. It also researches andanalyzes the current situation of Suzhou’s enterprises’ sports activities and the standardsand requirements of talent recruitments. Finally, from the theoretical perspective, thispaper proposes suggestions on the reforms of the PE in higher vocational college, thepurposes of connecting education with employment ability, the curriculum setting andphysical education curriculum system to establish theoretical bases for the realization ofthe curriculum reforms which stick to employment ability as guidance and helps graduatesin higher vocational college improve the employment ability. Through this research, thispaper draws the following main conclusions: (1) The students in higher vocational college sports special lesson to learn, to improvestudents’ vocational special physical quality and psychological quality; To improvestudents’ professional competition ability and the team cooperation ability; Cultivate goodprofessional quality, will prevent the "occupational disease".(2) Engineering students, Suzhou vocational college physical education learningattitude, boy sports learning attitude significantly better than the girl. Sports motivation-tokeep fit and improve psychological can meet the demand of maslow’s motivation theorythe most needs motivation. The majority of students on related to my major fitness projectshowed a keen interest in the study.(3) At present although Suzhou vocational college sports teaching venues andequipment could basically meet the demand of class, but on line with future career,physical specialized course teaching goal setting features, the teaching content choice lackpertinence, the use of teaching methods and the organization form and evaluation way notengineering students’ professional and professional requirements, combining can’t reallyimprove their vocational physical and employment ability. Teaching plans andimplementation status is not ideal.(4) Suzhou enterprises need a competitive ability and the spirit of solidarity andcollaboration, not only require employees have certain professional knowledge, also wantemployees with good professional physical and psychological quality.(5) To implement engineering in higher vocational college students sports specialclasses and employment ability of organic link, need to do the following several aspects:formulation and employability of combining the curriculum goals, career related physicaleducation content, learning advanced teaching method, choose scientific organizationmode and evaluation methods, improve the conditions of sports teaching in highervocational college, professional fitness training curriculum system and training pattern, etc.
