Since the late nineteenth Century, China sets up "normal college " like Japan and other countries, and teaching practice has attracted so much attention. The original purpose of teaching practice used to be a "win win win" thing. First, it provides teaching opportunities for normal students; Second, it provides free labor for primary school; Third, it can test the achievements of normal college education. But during the past one hundred years, many problems came out and let teaching practice into an embarrassing situation. In order to solve these problems, people have come up with many solutions.This paper will discuss how and how much can teaching practice effect mathematics normal students, these influence factors. Which one has a close relationship with satisfied feeling in the course of teaching practice? Are there any differences between undergraduates and graduate students and between different gender? With these questions, the paper’s emphasis is compared82mathematics normal students’opinion before and after the teaching practice, then we have a student survey and a chat with a guide teacher, at last we analysis all the data and found that:(1) Teaching practice has a positive influence on mathematics normal students, especially on the side of teaching skills. The happiness is closely related to the ability of the mathematics normal students and the energy put into the teaching practice.(2) Graduate students do better in understanding the purpose of mathematics education, curriculum and have a stronger belief in teaching than undergraduates.(3) Boys and girls had different opinions about students’ learning attitude, after teaching practice, the differences were gone,also boys improved more than girls.(4) Most of the mathematics normal students are not satisfied with teaching status.According to above study, the author puts forward some suggestions for mathematics normal students and normal colleges:(1) Enhance mathematics normal students’ professional ability.(2) Create favorable learning environment.(3) Communication with middle school should be strengthened.(4) Teaching status should be improved.
