Analysis Of SWOT - CLPV Matrix Model For The Development Of Ski Industry In Heilongjiang Province

During the process of rapid development in more than10years, skiiing industry inHei Longjiang province has been the leading position in the development of skiingindustry in China. But in recent years, facing the fierce competition in other provincesand regions as well as the problems of itself, the development of skiiing industry in HeiLongjiang province encountered difficulties and bottlenecks. Up to now, there is anurgent need to find the major factors restricting the development of skiiing industry inHei Longjiang province, and to find countermeasures to solve the problems, in order tomaintain the core competences of skiiing industry in our province.Based on the theory of skiing industry, theory of regional economics and theory ofSWOT-CLPV, we make an analysis of current situation of skiing industry in HeiLongjiang province as well as in other areas at home and abroad by adopting themethod of data inquiry, expert interview, questionnaire survey, field survey and logicanalysis.By employing the SWOT--CLPV matrix model, we objectively analyze theskiing industry in Hei Longjiang province are facing opportunities and threats,and its existing advantages and disadvantages, combine the four elements of thedevelopment of skiing industry in Hei Longjiang province into four kinds ofsituations and make a quantitative analysis of putting the specific factor of eachelement in the table. Through the analysis of the SWOT--CLPV matrix model ofthe skiing industry in Hei Longjiang province, there is the biggest advantage isthat the interior in Hei Longjiang has its own brand advantages and stronggovernment dominance under the influence of external environment. However,the biggest disadvantage is the overall competetitive disadvantage of ski field,the structural disadvantage of skiing industry as well as the disadvantages ofhardware and software facilities. These are the key factors of influencing theindustry in Hei Longjiang province. At present, the leading position of theindustry in Hei Longjiang province is in jeopardy and its developmentorientation for the weak market situation and the vulnerability to competition ismore reasonable. If you cannot objectively and accurately identily and examine your own shortcomings in objectivity and accuracy, you will waste a gooddevelopmental opportunity and will be eliminated in the fierce marketcompetition.Therefore, for the ski industry in Hei Longjiang, they should take thedevelopmental strategy: the core brand strategy, optimize and upgrade the industrialstructure strategy, regional united development strategy.This study points out that the existing economic type of state-owned enterprises inskiing industry in Hei Longjiang accounts for a large propotion, the question isshort of the attraction of foreign investment and the investment of enterprise.The hazards of management personnel, technical personnel and coaches erosionare so serious as to cause shortages of talents. There exists the backward meansand notions of managemen; the single method of management and the backwardmethod of modern marketing; the backward technology of ski resorts equipment,appliance and equipment, not enough to attach great importance to productdevelopment and brand promotion. After the problem about the low conversionrate of the skiing population, we put forward the notion of promotinggovernment-led advantage, the linkage of related management department andfocus on breakthrough, cultivating the characteristics of ski industry; to buildski base represented by Yabuli Ski Resort; to protect the interests of large-scaleski resorts, consolidation in the chaos of the ski market; to foster consumermarket and mprove the skiing population conversion; Extend the ski industrychain; to strengthen the construction of hardware and software facilities; to payattention to ecological environment protection and take the path of sustainabledevelopment; to strengthen international cooperation; to strengthen thedevelopment of regional combination of surrounding provinces and a series ofspecific feasible countermeasures to develop the skiing industry in HeiLongjiang province.
