| The sports industry in colleges and universities is an important part of the sports industry in China.It has great significance to meet people's needs for sports products and services as well as improving the health level of Chinese people.The colleges'sports industry resources are the basis and mater of the development of college sports industry.The resources of college sports industry are rich and relatively concentrated,and they have more advantages in resource allocation and development.And if developed properly,it would play an important role in promoting the development of sports industry.However,after consulting relevant data,it is found that the development and utilization of sports industry resources in Colleges and universities in China is relatively low at present,still,the management and development system is also unreasonable,which greatly affects the development of sports industry in colleges and universities in China.In order to further develop the resources of sports industry in colleges and universities,this thesis takes the sports industry resources of the University Town of Fuzhou as the research object,based on the theory of industrial economics,using the method of literature.expert interview,questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis method and AHP analytic hierarchy process,focusing on the research of the resources allocation,the development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats and the development strategies in the University Town of Fuzhou,the following conclusions are drawn.Firstly,the mainly advantages of the development of sports industry resources in the University Town of Fuzhou are abundant human resources,rich venues and facilities resources,a good environment for agglomeration of colleges,and a large potential for projects which can be developed.Secondly,the mainly disadvantages of the development of the sports industry resources in the University Town of Fuzhou are the remote location of the university city,the unreasonable ownership of the school premises management and using rights,the low level of development of the college sports industry resources,and the heavy workload of college sports teaching.Thirdly,the opportunities for the development of sports industry resources in the University Town of Fuzhou are mainly supported by the national sports industry policy,the rapid development of the economic development of Fuzhou,the gradual increase of the level of sports consumption,the renewal of the concept of scientific fitness,and the increase in the demand of the national sports industry.Fourthly,the threats to the development of sports industry resources in the University Town of Fuzhou are mainly due to the imperfect policies and systems of sports industry resources development in universities and colleges,the imperfect marketization of the national sports industry,and unclear targets for the development of sports industry resources in colleges and universities.Fifthly,based on the SWOT analysis method,it uses the AHP analytic hierarchy process to analyze the development strategy,and draw a conclusion that the development of college sports industry resourcesin the University Town of Fuzhou is in type of SO exploitation.Based on the above conclusions,the colleges and universities of the city of Fuzhou University should set up various rules and regulations for the development of sports industry resources suitable for the school according to the specific conditions of their own schools,and make clear the development goals and development plans.The sports industry in the University of Fuzhou University should focus on the development of sports facilities and human resources in the early stage of development,and the sports industry should be firmly focused on the development of sports facilities and human resources.Grasp the teaching staff and the student consumer groups about 170 thousand of the city of Fuzhou University,actively utilize the vacancy period of cold and summer vacation teachers and stadiums and stadiums to provide the public health,skill training and other paid services.On the basis of the preliminary development of the sports industry resources of various colleges and Universities,the advantages of University City Colleges and universities are fully utilized.The sports industry development alliance was formed on the basis of the cooperative development of resources sharing,and the competitive power was enhanced in the form of industrial development alliance.On this basis,we should employ excellent sports industry teams,set up universities and colleges sports industry associations or companies,and unify the development and management of their resources in the form of cooperation between schools and enterprises.The provincial and municipal functional departments should increase efforts to improve the traffic environment around the university towns.Using the high-quality educational and scientific and technological resources of the university town to develop and build,to attract urban residents to settle down here,and to make more people around the university town gather more people;the state should increase the legislative construction and industrial system construction of the sports industry in colleges and universities.In perfecting the Sports Law On the basis of this,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the rapid development of the sports industry in colleges and universities by means of perfect legal regulation and complete sports industry system. |
