The problems of dialogue are concerned by the Chinese and foreign education. The dialogue theory into the reading teaching, has important theoretical and practical value. The research of "dialogue type reading teaching" problem is the key to promote the effective implementation of the dialogue type reading teaching. But the research of this problem is not prefect.The dialogue in reading teaching problems will be clarified in this study, then I will analy the causes of the problems. Finally, I will put forward the corresponding settlement tactics. This study will help teachers deeply aware of their position, and the students will achieve the dominant position, at the same time, text subjectivity is emphasized; This study is conducive to the dialogue type reading teaching effectively, and promotes the development of teachers’ professional quality, and the improvement of students’ Chinese quality. This research focuses on the theoretical analysis and practical exploration, using literature method, interview method, observation method.Effective implementation of high school language dialogue type reading teaching, is to realize the reader (teachers and students) sincerely "listen" and the text between the main body and reasonable "speech" dynamic teaching process. The dialogue type reading teaching has features like multiple dialogue, equality, generative, interactive, experience etc.. Dialogue type reading teaching can make the effective implementation of the all-round development of students, so that students truly become the masters of learning. It will promote our education toward a better direction.Senior Chinese teaching problems in the dialogue type reading mainly includes:roles are not allowed, dialogue ability is insufficient, group discussion, improper topic design efficiency. The role is not mainly for teachers is absent or hegemony, students lack awareness of the text, ignored the dominant position in three forms. Two aspects of dialogue ability is insufficient mainly for teachers are lack of the ability, dialogue dialogue ability of student, teacher dialogue ability embodied in:(1) the lack of listening to the teacher,(2) the teacher rigid text; dialogue ability of student problems embodied in:(1) eager to speak, too lazy to listen to,(2) distorted text content,(3) lack of problem consciousness and ability. Group discussion improper mainly for student group order unreasonable, teachers guide students properly in two forms, group discussion, unreasonable embodied in:(1) the student organization,(2) the students’ consciousness of difference,(3) the students say inequality; teachers guide properly embodied in:(1) the teacher no guide,(2) the inefficient guidance teachers. Topic design main text content, inefficient liquidation deviate from the topic design topic design without considering the learning situation in two forms. The formation of these problems is the main reason for high school teachers and students lack of dialogue teaching theory of understanding of teacher authority, the negative impact of education evaluation mechanism, impact, the effects of utilitarianism.The strategy of Senior Chinese teaching in the dialogue type reading mainly includes: the role of teachers establish and maintain the dominant position of students, to maintain the text subject status and other measures to address the roles are not allowed to issue. Enhance the ability to solve problems of dialogue dialogue ability, improve their own quality, learn to listen, read the text mainly through the teachers; students mutual respect, sincere to listen, learn to read text method, learn to ask questions, learn to question the methods to solve the teacher and the student two aspects of the problem of inadequate dialogue. Group discussion to solve the problem of improper group discussion. Design meaningful topic, to solve the problem of inefficient topic design.
