Education oriented the hundred project and teacher centered the education plans. The key of The New Curriculum Reform is the teacher. The key to the whole country to improve the quality of education lies in Teachers. Therefore, Research on the professional development of Teachers plays an increasingly important role in the background of The New Curriculum Reform. This paper from the case angle to study the professional development process of Education Masters, chose the child educator, the famous Li Jilin grade teacher as the research object, review and summary of its more than thirty years of education reform, summarize the main factors affecting the Li Jilin professional development, comprehensive review of the Li Jilin professional development enlightenment in order to play an exemplary and leading role of Teacher Professional.This thesis is divided into five chapters. The opening chapter gives a brief historical overview of domestic and foreign scholars about the study on Teachers’ professional development and the study on Li Jilin achievements and shortcomings through literature analysis. The summaries are mainly from the contents and methods in order to absorb. At the same time, it analyzed the future trend of the professional development of teachers. The second chapter is the analysis of the professional development track from the vertical. The process of Li Jilin’s professional development can be divided into four stages:accumulation period, frontier period, maturation period, creative period. In the accumulation period, Li Jilin on the basis of teaching practice, exercise teaching basic skills, formed its own unique teaching style. In the frontier period, Li Jilin combined with their own teaching experience, research of the situational teaching, carry out the experimental study, founded the problem for their exploration and research. In the maturation period, Li Jilin locked perspective study, further deepen and expand, get the situation teaching from single to multi, refine the principles behind from the operational level, formed the system of situational education. In the creative period, Li Jilin creatively developed situational Curriculum, enriched and developed of the education theory and practice framework situation. The third chapter is from the cross section to analysis the internal conditions of Li Jilin’s professional development. In my view: deep professional knowledge, solid professional ability and the lofty professional affection is the main internal conditions influencing Li Jilin’s professional development. The fourth chapter discussed that the policy of education reform, the culture of Nantong Education, the key figure and the key events is the main external factors affecting Li Jilin’s professional development by studying on the background of Li Jilin’s time, the regional background and experience.The fifth chapter concluded Li Jilin professional development enlightenment on the basis of the case study. Firstly, lay a good foundation of professional knowledge. Secondly, focus on improving the professional ability. Thirdly, professional affection is the soul through the process of professional development. Finally, it should have constructed the external environment as a guarantee of professional development.It is believed that people can be inspired from the professional development of the footsteps of Li Jilin through such a case study. Meanwhile, we also expect this as a starting point to arouse more in-depth study of expert teachers in order to provide useful help for our new round of curriculum reform and growth of young teachers.
