Teachers' professional development is an important content to improve the overall development of students,highlight the quality of school teaching,comply with the new curriculum reform and improve the overall education quality of the country.High school is also the starting point of cultivating national talents.High school Chinese plays an important role in the development of national quality.In order to better promote the professional development of Chinese teachers in senior high school,it is necessary to analyze and study it.In addition to the introduction,this thesis focuses on the development of Chinese teachers in Fusong high school in Jilin Province.The first chapter is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the relevant theories and concepts of teachers' professional development.Teacher professional development is not a word without foundation,nor is it a groundless talk.It is a research field based on the theories of teacher development stage theory,teacher independent development theory,Maslow demand theory and so on.The concept of teachers' professional development has always been controversial,which is mainly divided into three directions: Group teachers' development,individual teachers' development and the means to improve teachers' professional development.The author's research is more inclined to individual teachers' development.Teachers' professional development should not be just a concept and a slogan.If we want to implement it,we must understand the structure of teachers' professional development.Based on the research of scientists at home and abroad,the author summarizes the structure of professional development of teachers as professional knowledge,professional ability and professional emotion,and clarifies various elements,which is conducive to the overall improvement of teachers' professional development.The second chapter is a study and design of the current situation of the professional development of Chinese teachers at No.1 Secondary School in Fusong District,Jilin Province.The author takes the first middle school in Fusong County,Jilin Province as an example to investigate the current situation of professional development of Chinese teachers in senior high school.The research results are based on the survey,so the design of the study is particularly important.From the actual situation of Fusong County,combined with the relevant theories and literature in the previous chapter,this chapter formulates two survey methods: questionnaire and interview,which are designed from three aspects of professional knowledge,ability and emotion.The third chapter is questionnaire statistics and analysis.After investigation,the professional development of Chinese teachers in Fusong No.1 middle school has developed as a whole,but there are also development difficulties in three aspects: professional knowledge,professional ability and professional emotion,which need to be solved urgently.The possible factors affecting its development are closely related to society,schools and individual teachers.These factors affect the professional development of senior high school Chinese teachers from both external and internal aspects,and targeted solutions are needed.The fourth chapter is the Countermeasures of the professional development of Chinese teachers in No.1 middle school in Fusong County,Jilin Province.Teachers' professional development is a complex whole,which needs joint efforts from many aspects.Chinese teachers of Fusong No.1 middle school put forward hopes from the aspects of national policy guarantee,social group recognition,reasonable school management system and family support.These are indeed essential,but teachers' professional development is in the final analysis the development of teachers themselves.No matter how good the external environment and platform are provided,they need to be aware of themselves Have the ability to carry out their own professional development.The combination of internal and external measures can truly realize the professional development of Chinese teachers in Fusong No.1 middle school.
