Mainly I used Muston Reciprocal Grouping with literaturesurvey method, data statistics and the sample survey of60male students of physicaleducation department general class of2011in Chengdu Sport University to do theexperiment study of teaching grouping for17weeks including34class hours. Theresult shows that Muston Reciprocal Grouping that compares with traditional teachingmethods has these advantages as follows:It increases the study motivation of the students obviously.It promotes the forming and improving of the motor skills of the students.It helps the students form a good habit of studying.It promotes the team spirit of the students effectively.It enriches the teaching methods of the teachers.Consequently, we should pay attention to these points in the future physical educationteaching as follows:We should insist in using the good teaching method with various teaching means.We should emphasize developing the professional qualities and theoreticalattainments of the sports teachers to change the traditional teaching concept.We should build a reasonable teacher-student relationship.
