Campus football activities are an important part of school sports activities in China.Active promotion and development of campus football have risen to the level of national strategic deployment.After ten years of trial and exploration,campus football has achieved relatively remarkable results,and many problems have also arisen in the process of the rapid development of campus football.There is a serious shortage of football teachers on campus,forcing non-football special sports teachers to teach football education activities.Therefore,according to the current situation,it has become an important measure to improve and standardize these non-football special sports teachers to engage in campus football activities,and it is urgent to provide them with special training in campus football.This paper investigates and analyzes the training of physical education teachers in 2019 Guangdong campus football non-football special middle schools by means of literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,etc.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The construction of the management organization is relatively complete,the teaching facilities and conditions are good,the preparation for training is adequate,the design of the training plan is relatively reasonable,the supervision mechanism is perfect,and the logistics support work is good.The teaching team is generally reasonable,with rich teaching experience and solid professional knowledge.The trainees are mainly men,with a high proportion of young and middle-aged teachers.Most of them have a bachelor's degree,a reasonable structure of professional titles,their majors are mainly non-soccer specials,their football teaching experience is short,their attitudes are correct,and their overall satisfaction with training is high.(2)The following problems exist in the development of non-football special sports training in Guangdong Province: the individual training of trainees is obviously different;the "contradictions between work and study" and "contradictions of school leave" are prominent;the training lacks unified teaching materials;it is difficult to meet the learning needs of football teachers at different levels;evaluation and assessment The system needs to be further optimized;there is a lack of follow-up investigation after training,and the network service platform has not yet been established.(3)Factors that affect the training of non-football physical education teachers in Guangdong Province can be divided into the following six categories: personal factors,teaching factors,service factors,attitude factors,grade factors,social factors;the most important factors are personal factors,with a contribution rate of up to22.609%.(4)Development countermeasures for the training of non-football special physical education teachers in Guangdong Province: standardize the teacher selection system and rationally select participants;coordinate work and leave time,learn from successful foreign experience;compile youth football teacher training materials according to local conditions;focus on training needs,Detailed training content,level by level training;implementation of an effective evaluation system;training to strengthen follow-up investigation after training,and establish a campus football teacher training service platform.
