A Study On The Popularization Of Minority Calisthenics In Western

This article uses the research methods such as literature, interview,questionnaire and logical analysis method, to carry out studies on the following parts:population participating in ethnic bodybuilding exercises in western Yunnan region,the activity features of ethnic bodybuilding exercises in western Yunnan region andother factors influencing the development of bodybuilding exercises in the sameregion. The results show that:(1)It is revealed from the overall situation andconcrete data of overall situation sex gender structure, age structure, occupationdistribution, educational background degree structure, income level, participationmotivation and specific data that, in the western area of Yunnan Province in thenational aerobics is67.1%female,45years old accounted for63.33%of thepopulation; to individual businesses and employees respectively accounted for42.38%and occupation36.67%; from the academic structure, tertiary education thefollowing number most, accounting for73.9%; income is in2500yuan-5000Yuanpeople participate in the National Aerobics majority, accounting for50.9%of the totalnumber. From the motivation of view, the main motivation has63.3%staff and22.4%staff in the national aerobics as a successor is the hobby fitness activities and improvethe national aerobics exercise level.(2) The National Aerobics activity characteristicsincluding entertainment and ornamental, nationality and regionality, common andphases, inheritance and variability, adherence and participation.(3)The influencefactors in West Yunnan minorities aerobics development: policy initiatives, not allpublicity is not enough mining of minority folk dance arrangement is not enough, lackof international exchange. And puts forward the promotion strategy of Aerobicsminority in the western area of Yunnan Province:(1) We should combination withschool sports aerobics in minority schools, walk road of development;(2) Accordingto the national fitness and aerobics in the minority, and follow the path ofdevelopment of mass sports;(3) Combination and the tourism market in westernYunnan minorities aerobics walking commercial development;(4) We must fullyexploit the resources in West Yunnan ethnic dance aerobics Yunnan minority;(5)Thegovernment introduced a series of measures to promote aerobics Yunnan minority.
