| Playing volleyball is a highly competitive and entertaining sport for people from different age group or gender to participate in. Playing volleyball can not only improve our health and exercise our body but also help us form a good psychological personality and a healthy mentality of hard-working and optimistic.However,in the Universities the volleyball optional course has never been popular because the teaching ideas and methods have many problems.Since the International Volleyball Federation has made an utmost effort to popularize volleyball, in the context of enlarging the number of the people who play volleyball, the volleyball option course is badly in need of innovation.The diathesis developing won the praise from the students with the help of the new experiential teaching tenet and the interesting teaching methods. This article mainly discusses about bringing the teaching concept of diathesis developing to the volleyball course in universities.According to the problems of the university volleyball option course, this research brings up the concept of taking the diathesis developing to the volleyball option course.this research used methods such as the documents,questionnaire survey, comparison, interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to analyze the feasibility, the teaching content and the teaching effect of volleyball optional course.The results show that:1.This research completely meets the needs of physical education reformation. Bringing the diathesis developing to the volleyball optional class completely satisfies the request of "The guidance outline of national ordinary university physical education". At the same time it follows the direction of the reformation of university physical education teaching. It can enrich our sports teaching content and methods, improve the all-round development of students’ quality.2.This research makes students’ be more familiar with volleyball optional course: experiential teaching is more vivid, adapts to the characteristics of university students and is easier for the students to accept.3.It can improve the sense of belonging in volleyball class between students:It increases the interaction and the communication between teachers and students also make them closer. What’s more, it can form a great communicate environment to promote the emotional communication between students, which can make students feel belongingness.4.1t can improve students’ social ability:diathesis developing helps fix the distrust and fills the gap between students and teachers. Students will learn to get along with others and understand the importance of respect to others. It will improve their social skills as well.5.It can improve the enthusiasm of participating in volleyball course:Teaching by learning and practicing can provide more space for students themselves and make them exercise more positively. Also, this module of teaching will fully discover students’ creativity and enthusiasm.6. It can improve the volleyball skills:After bringing the diathesis developing into the volleyball course, students’motivation to learn can be well aroused. Moreover, students’ interests in volleyball can be fully developed with the help of various ways of organizing. In this way, the goal of improving volleyball skills can be reached finally. |
