It’s a long time for teachers to be included in the study evaluation capacityperspective, the traditional subject of evaluation is the state and the school principal,teachers participated in curriculum evaluation without awareness and enthusiasm, thus itlacks of the appropriate curriculum evaluation capacity. However, in-depth reform ofbasic education, it attends to decentralize the right of the education presents, as animportant part of the curriculum reform, curriculum evaluation, getting a newunderstanding, shows a various of evaluation scenarios in communication andconsultation, which is good for teachers to participate in curriculum evaluation andimproving curriculum evaluation ability.Based on the curriculum evaluation, capacity, course capacity, this thesis intends toredefine the definition of teachers’ curriculum evaluation capabilities. Then, combing theintellectual factors theory, capacity structure theory, dynamic activity principle withstructural model of practical ability of young people, the author constructs a theoreticalstructure of the of teachers’ curriculum evaluation capacity. In this model, teachers’curriculum evaluation capacity is divided into three levels and ten factors, three levelsincludes motivations of curriculum evaluation, curriculum-based assessment capability,situational curriculum evaluation capacity; the ten factors includes interest, achievementmotivation, external pressure, capacity of evaluating curriculum designing, capacity ofevaluating curriculum evaluation implementation, evaluation ability of course result,analytical ability, planning ability, the ability to carry out, the ability to reflect. Then,investigating current situation of the teachers’ curriculum evaluation capacity throughquestionnaires and analyze the data, with a comparison with the theoretical structure ofthe model, I will make the appropriate changes with questionnaires, which provides boththeoretical and practical support for the research.Finally, the strategies of enhancing teachers’ curriculum evaluation capacity will beproposed in practical angle, which is not limited in seven kinds of abilities appearing instructural model, but considering teachers’ roles, as well as the rights of teachers’professional development and teachers’ rights, I hope that those strategies are able topromote the overall evaluation capacity of teachers from low level to high level.
