Content: Employment pressure refers to the individual because of the existing in theemployment environment of internal and external threat stimulus caused the feeling of theoppression of body and mind, and the stressors are those who make a person feel nervousevent or stimulus. Coping style refers to the individual in the face of stressful events and theenvironment, cognitive style and behavior in order to alleviate the negative effects of thepressure brought to its being taken, but also to maintain psychological balance individualways and means, and sometimes is called coping strategies. The purpose of this study is tounderstand the sources of pressure on employment and the status of vocational students,vocational students while understanding the way to deal with the pressure on employmentcharacteristics, and to investigate the relationship between job stress and vocational studentsbetween coping style. Provide a reference for career guidance in higher vocational colleges.This study used questionnaires, using a "job stress questionnaire to measure collegestudents’ plans and Xiao Tian holy man prepares the preparation of" coping style scale."Randomly selected seven Department of PanJin Vocational and Technical College freshman,sophomore, junior from each of30students as research subjects. Research process: first, theuse of classroom time to engage in collective Surveying; Secondly, the analysis populationdistribution and employment pressure vocational students coping characteristics; Finally, toexplore the direct employment relationship between stress and coping correlation analysis.The results of this study show that:(1) Students in vocational employment pressure, including the ability to personalize themain source of stress, environmental challenges, pressure, pressure professional prospects,employment resources, stress, social support, stress, occupational and academic qualificationsdesired pressure seven dimensions of components. The greatest pressure faced by vocationalstudents are: environmental challenges pressure;(2)The different grade, the different students and student cadre experience between thehigher vocational students of significant differences in the employment pressure source;(3)The coping use of vocational students are: problem solving, help, fantasy,rationalization, avoidance, self-blame. The most common problem is that, at least using theself-blame;(4)Different grades, different genders, different vocational students between studentleaders experienced in coping significant difference; (5) Face different pressures source of employment, vocational students will use differentcoping.
