Objective:This study through of collection the questionnaire data, analysis of the change of Stressors, Coping style and Subjective well-being(SWB) level of nursing students in clinical practice at different stages, analysis of the correlation between Stressors, Subjective well-being and Coping styles in different periods of nursing students.Aims to find their psychological pressure in accordance with the time sequence changes. To intervention of Nursing students” Stressors, as far as possible to reduce Stress levels to lower levels, increase Well-being levels of nursing students.At last,to improve the quality of clinical teaching?Methods:Take the method of stratified cluster random sampling to find all the nursing students who studying between April 2014 and November 2014, in hefei two teaching hospitals which are the third rate.This study divided nursing students tnternship stages into 4 stages,respectively is: The first stage T1 : an internship 1 week;The second stage(T2) : an internship 1 to 2 months; The third stage(T3) : practice 2-6 months; The fourth stage(T4) : an internship after 6 monthsTo the "General Situation Questionnaire", "The Practice Nursing Students Stressor Scale”, “Simple Coping Style Qquestionnaire”, “The General Well-Being Scale” as a research tool, issue four times questionnaires. After finishing the collected data, using Epidata3.1 software programmed to build database, using SPSS16.0 software for statistical description, analysis on the data obtained. Using the regression analysis to identify the influence factors that work stress of nursing students. Using the Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the work stress of nursing students and its the correlation of coping styles and subjective well-being.Results:1? Clinic practice at different stages both above of the medium pressure,the average stress level of four stages is( 1.98±0.50) poingts.When nursing students work in practice a week,the stress level is reached(2.08±0.48)points.two months is reached(2.05±0.50)points,this have produced a high level of stress. The top ten stressors that produced by nursing students in clinic, “the ability to deal with emergency patients” and "contagious disease" are in the front of four stages of nursing clinic practice.The top 10 stressors have a little change.2? The postive coping style means(2.04±0.38)points, After the internship of 6 months, The postive coping style means reduced to(1.78±0.54)points. The postive coping style level of the overall trend is gradually reduced,While the negative coping styles curve fluctuations.3? The average of nursing students subjective well-being is 76.9 points, female nursing students is 77 points, male nursing is 73.9 points,lower than male happiness mean level in our country.Conclusion:1? The correlation of Subjective Wwell-Being and six aspects of Stressors are produced a significant level, Subjective Well-being and Stressors were positively correlated.2? Subjective Well-being and Coping Styles were correlated:Positive Coping Styles have a high Well-being score.3? Coping Styles as a medium in Stressors and Subjective Well-being4? Nursing students as a class cadre or not, the professional choice way, where are you from, personality significant effects on stress levels. Education for nursing students is obvious influence to coping level. Gender has significant effects on happiness levels of nursing students.
