In view of the current physical education college students difficult employment problem,the research on different groups of college students in sports colleges and universitiesemployment pressure coping style of college students of physical education, analysis onemployment stress coping style on the structure and characteristics, find out the influencingfactors, as they can have better coping cognition and behavior to make correct and effectiveguide. This study adopts self-compiled" College Students’ employment pressure coping stylequestionnaire survey", there are1222students in six different types of PE department weremeasured, Using exploratory factor analysis technique to explore the response styles theorystructure of college students`employment, using the mean comparison technique study that thecharacteristics from different sports college students employment with different groups. Theresults show that:1. On the basis of use open questionnaire to collect the original project of employmentcoping style,the self questionnaire named “College Students’ employment coping style” with17projuets, The scale’s reliability and validity indexes reached the psychometric requirements,can be used for college students’ employment pressure of other relevant research.2. Using exploratory factor analysis technique to factor analysis for17projuets of collegestudents’ employment coping style, study finds that college students’ employment coping styleconsist of positive behavioral coping, positive Cognitive coping, negative behavioral coping andnegative Cognitive coping.3. Different groups of college students in sports colleges that their employment pressurecoping style factor in the presence of significant difference:(1)Different sources of sports college students in active behavior and cognitive copingstyles have significant difference. The students come frome rural positive coping style wassignificantly higher than that of city students in Institutes of physical education.(2)Different gender students in Institutes of physical education in the positive coping styleshave significant differences, boys can take a more active coping style. Other ways of copingstyle have no significant difference.(3)On the two sides,different professional sports college students in active cognitive copingstyle and behaviora coping styles, non sports and sports art students were significantly lowerthan those of other professionals; but,in negative cognitive and behavioral coping styles on students in sports art major, and was significantly lower than other students.(4)Different grades students of college sports in the positive coping styles, freshman and thesenior is significantly higher than the sophomore and the jenior in coping style; cognitive,freshman negative cognitions were significantly higher than those of the other three grades.(5)Different family structures indicated by the comparison: growing up in a normal familysports in colleges and universities in positive cognitive and behavioral coping styles areremarkably higher than single, remarried and other structural families of students.(6)The difference of parents of sports college students: comparison between father’s job asbusinessmen, doctors of sports college students in active behavioral coping style wassignificantly lower than for other types of college students’ job of father; mother’s job as ateacher of college students in active cognitive coping style was significantly higher than themother’s job of other types of sports in colleges and universities, mother’s job as a farmer,worker, teacher and other occupation of college sports in the negative coping style wassignificantly lower than the mother’s job as cadre, civil servants and the doctor of PhysicalEducation College students.(7)Both the low rate of their future employment predict studens of sports colleges anduniversities in the coping styles and their future employment hope is less and equal to50%of thecollege students in active behavioral and cognitive coping style was significantly lower than thattheir hope of greater than50%of college students employment.
