Elementary school is the most basic education in Chinese modern educationsystem,also known as primary education. The length of schooling in Primary school isalmost6years (for some special places,5years). The admission age of kids for schoolis6-year-old. According to the Law on Compulsory Education, the primary school is thefirst stage of compulsory education. In China, primary school can be divided into publicand private primary school. Most primary school age children receive compulsoryeducation base on the principle of proximity. This study selected public primary schoolas the research object, combined with changes of body and physiological pupils throughfurther study, appreciation education in class management. Appreciation education is akind of education reform and development of the education method, an effective meansand strategies in the class management. As a primary school teacher, using positiveresearch of appreciation education in class management, through the practicalapplication, the method of appreciation education into their teaching and classmanagement, establish the confidence of the students, respect the students, build aharmonious classroom to promote students’ positive mentality, cultivate interest andconfidence in learning of students learning the shaping of healthy, upward psychologystudents, so as to make the class management work to achieve good results.Appreciation education is the summarized education method by education practitionersbased on their daughter’s success experience nearly20years China. At present,educational and academic circles speak highly of appreciation education, because it isable to solve today’s new situation, all sorts of educational problems, provide efficientsolutions for us. But what is the appreciation of education? Teachers how to useeducation to improve the class management level and the level of education andteaching, appreciation of education which will bring positive effect on students’ psychological development, how the appreciation education in class management is themost effective, there are still many different views on the problem. Therefore, this studymainly focuses on the appreciation education connotation, the appreciation educationappreciation education on primary school class management and the significance ofclass management strategy theory of review and thorough discussion, having certaintheory significance.
