Improve the quality of teaching is all universities eternal theme is themanifestation of the vitality of higher learning. The quality of teaching depends on thelevel of teachers teaching and teaching effectiveness ultimately reflected in thestudent body. Therefore, to improve the quality of teaching from the teachersthemselves grabbed. To improve the quality of teaching, teachers must have a clearunderstanding of the level of college teachers teaching. Is an important measure toevaluate the teachers’ classroom teaching, teaching evaluation to find out the meritsand demerits, so as to improve and perfect.The paper by means of the theoretical basis of the statistics, education,psychology, and system sciences, using a variety of research methods, statisticalanalysis of existing system for evaluating teaching my school. Professional andtechnical subjects on the basis of previous studies, the teacher evaluation systemthrough research, to identify the problems of the current evaluation system in theProfessional Skill teacher who attribution analysis reveals the evaluation of the mainfeatures of the Specialized teachers and internal rules; build the basis and principles,and then construct the evaluation index system for professional teachers of sportsinstitutions of higher learning technical subjects, design evaluation program to form arelatively complete theoretical system of professional Skill Evaluation system, theWuhan Institute of Physical Education teaching management, teacher evaluationpractice activities provide useful help.
