As with the rapid development of education industry, integration of the information technology with the mathematics courses attaches great importance to the new round reform of mathematics curriculum in China. Both the exploitation of curriculum resources and the teaching process, curriculum standards particularly emphasizes on the application of information technology. The rapid development of information technology has changed mathematics teaching unprecedentedly and curriculum reform puts forward some new education concepts and teaching principles base on the core idea of "all teaching activities should obey the psychological law and thus improve the effect of learning for students". Therefore, contemporary teachers should richly take advantage of information technology. The study of math instructional design based on mathematical flipped classroom has fully aid of information technology. The new teaching design should be designed with the practical significance to improve teaching efficiency on the basis of understanding and respect for students. The main purpose of the thesis is that under the guidance of flipped classroom, teachers should change the traditional way of teaching design and writing lesson plans, and write out a teaching design which is benefit for students to understand and fully consider with the students psychological development. In addition, it can stimulate the students’ interest about learning and also can reflect the students’ subject status and teacher’s dominant position, so as to meet the new curriculum reform that can unit teachers’ teaching and students’ learning. This study further research the mathematics teaching based on the flipped classroom to provide a practical design of innovative teaching model for front-line teachers. It takes "quadratic equation of one unknown" for example. Through concrete cases, it makes the combination of theory and practice. Besides, this paper is based on the modern teaching and learning theory, changing the traditional concept of preparing. Finally it reflects the "double subjects" of teaching and learning.Firstly, the author use the method of literature and documentation in order to collect of the related research contributed to the model of the flipped classroom, while clarifying the research train of thought and theory framework; Secondly, the current problems existing in the teaching design and classroom teaching mathematics are found by teaching design investigating that are both teachers with interviews and students with questionnaire survey, then which has promoted the flipped classroom teaching evolution leading to the flipped classroom teaching mode; Again, according to the theory of instructional design model, this paper has exemplified by the "quadratic equation of one unknown", that is combination of theory and practice; finally, It has refined theoretical knowledge and summarized the practical operability conclusions as to form valuable results.By the study of mathematics teaching design based on flipped classroom, it has obtained the following conclusions:firstly, there is much difference between the flipped classroom and the traditional teaching; secondly, flipped classroom focuses on the design of all teaching activities that are around students. Anything else, the design process fully should reflect the students’ subject status and the teacher’s dominant position; In addition, under the guidance of flipped the classroom mode and "learning circle" for the frontline teachers provide a practical instructional design model; finally, by specific case, it further has demonstrated the usefulness of mathematics teaching design with the combination of theory and practice that based on flipped classroom mode.
