With the rapid development of information technology, the flipped classroom is provided with a broad information platform with the way of students learning after class and teachers counseling and answering in class. Flipped classroom changes such traditional "indoctrination", "spoon-feeding" teaching method, and it does not only pay attention to the requirements of development of educational informationization, but also needs to improve and optimize teaching efficiency of the junior high school mathematics. In this research, with a review of data collection and analysis of the existing about flipped classroom all over the world, try to improve, supplement and innovate from this. From analysis and summary of typical flipped classroom model and considering characteristics of mathematics knowledge in junior high school, design a flipped classroom model of "Three-stage Three-system Ten-section", and practice it in the junior high school. In the model of "Three-stage Three-system Ten-section", "Three-stage" refers to the stage of pre-class knowledge delivery, the stage of knowledge internalization in lesson, and the stage of expanding knowledge after class; "Three-system" refers to the teachers, students and parents; "Ten-section" refers to the teacher before class analysis of the learning situation and materials, preparation class learning materials, attention to student test results, the students before class to complete the self-study, the completion of the evaluation and feedback, teachers and students group collaboration experience, teachers and reflection summary answering, the final stage of after-school instructor knowledge expansion and remedial students summarize knowledge complete the exercises two aspects of composition. Parents supervise students before class through self-study activities at home among students to help improve the efficiency of self-learning, self-learning optimization results.By integrating the results of the questionnaire and observation material, I find that there are three main achievements of the "Three-stage Three-system Ten-section" flipped classroom model: First, the improvement of the students’ learning interest and academic achievement; second, getting a positive assessment of the majority of students; third, increasing the learning ability and cooperation between teachers and students compared with the traditional teaching model. However, deficiencies still exist: First, the learning ability of students needs to be improved; second, the ability of teachers to implement flipped classroom should be improved; third, the model increases the burden on students. Those motivate the author do more reflect andsummary, prompting to do better. In addition, it is found that parental supervision in the "three-stage three-system ten-section" flipped classroom model is essential.Parents are willing to provide supervision for students, and students identify that parental supervision can improve the effect of independent learning. In this research,we hope the teaching model we built for the flipped classroom can provide some valuable experiences for the applications in the junior high school mathematics.
