| The21st century is the era of an aging population, China is old before getting rich, older developing into one of the aging society. China is the world’s largest elderly population in the country, according to the information reported that in2009China over60years old to167million, accounting for one fifth of the global total aging population.The impact of population aging on the various aspects of China’s economic, cultural, social and other prominent gradually. How to deal with this enormous challenge, reducing pension burden on society and family, and create a good atmosphere for the pension conditions and respecting the elderly, enabling it to old age, has become the elderly associated with interdisciplinary research focus. In these subjects, the role of social work in increasing people’s attention. Today we face the elderly, has not only helped them solve the problem of food and clothing and housing, but in the case of access to basic living conditions, the problem of how to meet the needs of its higher spiritual level.
