This paper mainly used the ways of literature, surveys, interviews and mathematical statistics, combined the theoretical basis like constructivism, self-learning, personalized learning and instructional design theory under ASP and database technology, carried out the research to know the situation of self-learner under network,to analyze the requirements of the learning resources,explored the organization of the learning resources that suit for the self-learning of the university students. Firstly, use the ways of literature to collect and consult the situation of self-learning students, the results of individualized learning and the development of teaching resources; Secondly,use the ways of interviews and questionnaire to survey the network self-learning state of the students in Yanbian university as well as the learning resource demand. By refering to the relevant information designed the questionnaire, analyzed the demand of self-learning resource among college students.Then according to the further processing and analysis to the collected data using the methods of mathematical statistics,it leads to the following conclusions:1. The positive factors in self-learning of college studentsFirst, the recognition of self-learning is higher.lt has the student basis to carry out self-learning comprehensively. About 83.3% students thought it necessary and payed more attention to self-learning,they also thought that through their own efforts they can achieve the learning objectives, enhance learning efficiency, meet the learning needs.Second,college students have good understanding on self-learning.They have correct cognition for self-learning.They can arrange the learning time reasonablely,and select the learning content appropriately.2. Problems of students learningAlthough the students had a better understanding of the independent learning, and most students considered it necessary, but the overall situation of self-learning is not ideal, mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,independent learning willpower is not strong.Second,the use of network learning strategies is not optimistic. Most students do not develop their study schedules before learning online.They seldom reflect on their learning effectiveness and evaluate their learning methods. Third,the network utilization is not high.Learners are mainly concerned about their own professional content.Fourth,the conditions of network self-learning is poor. Students can not use the existing conditions to improve the efficiency of self-learning effectively.Their learning ability is low.Their communicating and collobration ablility is not strong.3. Teachers and students are dissatisfaction with the use of online teaching resourcesTeachers and students are dissatisfaction with the use of online teaching resources.They thought that the existing learning resources just met the learning needs in general level.They are dissatisfaction with the situation that it meet student individual learning and the teachers'own learning.4. The difference on the demands of learning resources between teachers and studentsThere is no significant differences on the demand degree of the nine online teaching resources, such as question bank, case, media materials, online course, resources directory, literature, courseware and web courseware, while showed significant differences on the demand of the paper material and FAQ on which students showed a greater degree.5. the existing problems of online teaching resourcesThe degree of the intelligent tutoring for the existing online teaching resources is lower.It did not encircle the knowledge points according to the existing learning content and can not be modified according to the actual learners.So it was unable to adapt to the network independent learning.According to the situation of college students'self-learning and the requirement of teaching resources, this paper propose the idea to divide the learning content into knowledge points.Then give the knowledge model and the student characteristics model.After that analyze the related modules and give the implementation methods of the relevant functional modules. We can make the resources developed better meet the demands of independent learning only when combined the theory with technology in the organization process of teaching resources...
