The Research of environmental factors on the impact of creative performance has been an important area of creativity,to study and explore more favorable creativity teaching environment is a common problem. In practical education teaching, concerns for the creative development of secondary school students,We are concerned about environmental factors to promote creativity in different groups of high school students, and the positive role personality characteristics played in different environments.Competition is prevalent in the daily life, teaching and working environment in the external environment, the past studies of the relationship between the individual performance and the competition itself has a long history. But scholars have different opinions, angles, and a variety of research methods concerned, has not yet reached the same conclusion. Scientific creativity is an important part of a highly practical and theoretical significance in the field of creativity research, and the empiricalstudies on the impact of competition on the performance of scientific creativity of young people is rare. For young students, the exercise of creative development and creative thinking, as well as its importance in all aspects of personal development needs. When young students face challenges in competition, self-esteem as an important personality variables, where may play some regulatory role. but the role of creativity itself subject to common personal, environmental and other factors, is a complex process affected by many factors and constraints. This study combines a variety of methods of literature analysis, questionnaire and experimental intervention, select a total of361secondary school students as subjects.we conducted two studies to investigate the competitive environment, the intensity of competition affects the scientific creativity of secondary school students with different levels of self-esteem. Combined with previous research, this study designed study one to test whether the competitive environment in the competitive impact on the students’ ability of creative scientific problem finding. The intensity of competition in the study two will be divided into three level(highly competitive intensity, moderate competition intensity and low intensity of competition)to explore the different levels of self-esteem individual differences in scientific creativity.Several major study reached the following conclusions:1.Whether the competitive environment there are significant differences in the impact of scientific creativity of secondary school students, in the competitive environment of each dimension of creativity (fluency, flexibility, originality) were significantly higher than non-competitive environment.2.The different intensity of competition significantly different impact on the scientific creativity of secondary school students, at low competitive intensity, students’ fluency, flexibility, originality were significantly improved.students under moderate competition intensity is still significantly improved their scientific creativity on the originality dimension compared to the group without competition environment. And in all the three dimensions of creativity this group of students were significantly higher than the highly intensity of competition group. In the high intensity of competition students produced a significant decrease compared with the low-and middle-competitive conditions,On fluency and originality dimensions were significantly lower than moderate intensity of competition group,on the dimension of flexibility while significantly lower than the moderate-intensity group and non-competition group.3.The low intensity of competition is most conducive to scientific creativity performance of secondary school students, followed by the effect of moderate intensity, the high intensity of competition is not conducive to scientific creativity performance of secondary school students, with the growing strength of competition, the creativity decreased, the relationship between the intensity of competition and creativity comes into a gradual decline curve.4.Under conditions of different competition intensity, self-esteem plays a moderating effect between evaluation methods and scientific creativity. In the highly competition intensity, scientific creativity of secondary school students with low self-esteem was significantly lower.5.The effects of different intensity of competition for secondary school students of different genders produced no significant differences. |
