The growth of teachers is very important to the future of education and our country. And kindergarten teachers are the pivotal figures to childhood development. Researchers studied growth of teachers from the multi-angle at present. Analysising of the existing researches we found that most literatures studied the issue from a macro perspective but they lack of the in-depth study of the actual, the comprehensive study of the process of teachers growth from the longitudinal view, the comprehensive understanding of teachers from "human" perspective. Only by using scientific research paradigms can’t fully reveal its dynamic growth process and grasp the things changes from the overall view.As the correct view of teachers can lead teachers live a practice living so creating their own view of preschool teachers is very important in the process of teacher growth. It not only brings great benefits to the teachers themselves but to the development of young children. There is no precedent study using the perspective of human performance studies to investigate the view of preschool teachers in education field. From the perspective of human performance view preschool education, a new perspective of preschool education research will be opened. In this study, by using the method of human performance in preschool education, establish a research paradigm based on the theories and methods, to achieve a jump out of preschool education and see new perspective of preschool education, so I chose this view in many theoretical perspectives, and it is particularly important to.explore the view of early childhood teachers from this research perspective. The study is a qualitative research method-oriented, and using the method of narrative research. The research data used include the author’s school life, diary of daily life.It records the author’s personal experience in the story. Questioned by the story of the story, and ultimately elaborate them theoretically. I have a dual role in this study, that’s both the researcher and investigator.By combing the literature and pondering on the theoretical aspects, this study is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction, it mainly explained the reason of the study. Analysised and evaluated of the domestic and foreign literature, and introduced the theoretical basis of this study. The second part is the design of the study, it mainly defined related concepts, described the contents of this study, the research methods, research object, meaning, and the innovation in research perspective, objects, and methods. The third part is the main part of the study. It used theatrical forms, from the prologue, Act Ⅰ, Act Ⅱ, Act Ⅲ to the fourth act which carried five acts. The author chooses the story of itself or records of others in each scene., proposed appropriate story problems and explained them by the theory, these theories including the proposed theater theory, aesthetic theory. To reveal the author’s witness of the process of teacher growth in knowledge and skills, processes and methods, attitudes and values. The fourth part of the curtain call, it summarized and reflected this research.summarized view of early childhood teachers in experiencing process of the teachers identified the gaps and research prospects of this study.Through the "narrative" of the inquiry, investigators obtained the view of preschool teachers;First, the preschool teachers must have a correct understanding of their role and defined the situation properly;Second, preschool teachers should actively study the theory and practice, to find their own professional values;Third, preschool teachers should show the true self, to promote early childhood self-construction.
