As the international language, the importance of English is increasingly highlighted with the continuous development of globalization. To better communicate with and learn from the other countries in the world, it has become a trend to learn English from younger age in China, and English teaching in kindergarten is getting more and more attention from the society. In order to meet the requirements of talents training in the future, the experts, scholars and kindergarten administrators have carried out a series of experiment and research focusing on children English education.After years of unremitting efforts of exploration in the kindergarten, we have achieved fruitfully both theoretically and practically in children’s English teaching. Collective English teaching of children in many kindergartens, especially those in the developed coastal city, have reached a certain standard both in form and content. However, during the development like a raging fire, it is inevitable to meet challenges. Due to the short of supporting theory, as well as lacking experiences, with no experience we can learn from, China’s English education in kindergarten at the exploration stage is impossible to avoid all sorts of problems in the actual practice.Aimed at some problems appeared in the Collective English Teaching in Kindergarten recently, this study adopts the methods of observation, teaching video, case analysis, interview and indexing to analyze the existing teaching problems to find the causes of the problems, and puts forward effective solutions. Suggestions and advices to improve Collective English Teaching in Kindergarten are also offered.This study is made up of the following five parts:Firstly, Problem Analysis:put forward the necessity of kindergarten English learning to meet the international situation and future talent construction and other aspects of the needs; then indexing of previous studies of research and analysis to show that the original researches are staying on the surface, the research dimension is too broad, and deeply research is relatively small.Secondly, Quality Analysis of Collective English Teaching in Kindergarten:this study is based on the actual teaching activities in kindergarten to obtain first-hand information and addressing the existing problems through interviews, video analysis.Thirdly, analyzing causes of the existing problems in Collective English Teaching in Kindergarten:to explain the reasons, the cause of the problem from four aspects——the teacher’s professional skill, reasonable use of teaching resources, teaching methods, and the reasonable arrangement and exploration of the teaching time.
