The teaching and learning resources based on E-schoolbag provide teachers with teaching services, provide students with learning services. The resources contain of learning resources and teaching resources depending on the users, and exist three forms which is steady, solid and dynamic. The steady state resources provided mainly by the education authorities, such as E-book and teaching materials related E-book; The solid state resources exist in E-schoolbag, mainly are technical support tools, such as courseware making tools, communication tools, etc.; Dynamic state resources mainly refer to the social teaching and learning resources through service platform.This dissertation mainly discusses the construction and application situation of resources, resources requirements, resources construction promotion strategy.In the aspect of the construction and application situation of teaching and learning resources based on E-schoolbag. First, take Shaanxi province "E-schoolbag" pilot project as an example, analyze the quantity and content of teaching and learning resources. And then put forward the problems existing in the construction and application situation of resources.In the aspect of demand analysis of teaching and learning resources based on E-schoolbag. Construct the resources demand model named AIC from three dimensions, which are application, innovation, characteristic. Under the guidance of the model, analyze the demand of teaching and learning resources deeply from the perspective of application at first. And then analyze the innovation resources under new concepts and technology. And then list the E-schoolbag features. Finally construct a system framework of teaching and learning resources based on E-schoolbag.In the aspect of promotion strategies of constructing teaching and learning resources. Put forward four feasibility strategies, such as transform construction concept and manner, Set up relevant mechanisms to promote teaching and learning resources construction.The content of this dissertation provides the theoretical basis for the construction of teaching and learning resources, and has an important application value.
