At present, information technology as a modern communication, management method plays an important role in promoting the construction and improvement of people’s living level of social economy,our country government and education departments are actively accelerate the construction of informationization progress and efforts. Through the quality of digital educational resources sharing, Integration of information technology and education, comprehensive to promote fairness in education, improve the quality of education, construt the learning type society, come into being the education information system to adapt to the development goal of national education modernization. In this context within the province of the20primary and secondary schools to implement pilot E-Schoolbag project by Shaanxi Provincial education Department. So far has invested more than8,370,000yuan. Afte E-Schoolbagr project has been implemented what changed the learning styles of students? How learning effect after E-Schoolbag application? In this study, through investigatepilot schools, discussion with teachers and students, questionnaires to students, in order to analyze the students learning styles after the implementation of the E-Schoolbag project.This article mainly uses the literature research method, questionnaire, observation, interviews and other research methods Firstly, comprehensive combing learning styles and E-Schoolbag related concepts,based on the understanding of the two core concepts put forward the definition of based on E-Schoolbag’s learning styles.According to the understanding of E-Schoolbag’s learning styles, and the practical application situation of E-Schoolbags.Through discussions with the members of the research team, pedagogy and psychology colleagues, guidance of a tutor., design of a6primary dimensions17level two dimensions of the questionnaire.Through field investigation of5E-Schoolbag pilot school in2months,attend a lecture observation, interviews, extend and returned235questionnaires mastering a large number of detailed and reliable data.Through statistics and analysis the teachers and students of interviews and the questionnaire data, summed up student learning styles situation after the E-Schoolbag pilot project for more than a year,mainly include:the learning behavior and learning strategies of students had the obvious changed; The students’ learning state changed, learning forms tend to be more independent learning and inquiry learning;students’ information literacy and learning effect has greatly improved; teachers’ teaching methods change great influence the learning styles of students; E-Schoolbag equipment durability and the stability of network environment affect the enthusiasm of teachers and students use; application of E-Schoolbag has a positive effect to break the regional imbalance of educational resources; teachers’ ability of application decision E-Schoolbag application effect; the lower grade students have enthusiasm higher than high grade and so on.And according to the investigation conclusion, proposed some strategies to transform based on the E-Schoolbag learning styles,including E-Schoolbag pilot schools should strengthen organization and leadership, to encourage and promote the comprehensive application of E-Schoolbag in teaching, provide support for the pilot class; teachers should actively learn teaching methods about E-Schoolbag, through innovative application mode, change the traditional teaching method in order to change the learning style of students; E-Schoolbag should strengthen product design and develop capabilities, improve equipment, system, environment stability and durability;departments should actively carry out various training and guidance for teacher. This research is Preliminary explored about based on E-Schoolbag students’ learning styles, in order to attract, be able to provides an important scientific basis for E-Schoolbags further application and development,to provide some suggestions for the E-Schoolbag function improvement and perfection, have a certain reference tohelp for the management of the pilot project, provide guidance for teachers to make better use of E-Schoolbag to promote student learning and development.
