With the rapid development of information technology,the internet has become an important part of people’s lives, the network education was gived more attention and it has become one of the important ways of higher education, and the network-course has also become the major form that higher education implemented network education. Currently,there are mainly two studying forms of network-course, one is pure self-learning,the other is face to face combine with self-learning. The object of this study is Education Master of Free Normal,according to the Ministry of Education, face to face combine with self-learning is their training methods,it is not researched further because face to face is only half of month,which studys mainly the stages of self-learning of network-course.Self-learning of network-course is not completely independent learning,which self-learning need the guidance of turtor. This study attempted to design some guiding strategies in the process of self-learning of network-course, to guide Education Master of Free Normal to clear learning objectives, make learning plans, to guide students to use appropriate learning methods, to make the students study actively, to improve students’ ability to adapt of network learning, and improve their capacity, from "he-master learning" to "complete autonomous learning" gradually.Study based on humanistic theory, constructivist theory, learning pyramid theory and so on,as the theoretical foundation, take 《Design and Development of Digital Learning Resources》 for example,combining the needs of students’guidance, put forward the corresponding guiding strategies from online courses’platform and tutors; finally, guiding strategies of self-learning were applied to network-course,and analyzed the practical effect,and summarized the revelation of this research had brought us.Conclusions of this study are:Overall,students hold identity attitude about guiding strategies of the tutors. Guidance counseling teachers use strategies to some extent inspired the students’motivation; enhance students’sense of self-efficacy; however self-learning ability of other dimensions,"attribution, cognitive strategies and meta-cognitive strategies’ability and their drades did not change significantly, it also reminds tutors should put more emphasis on guiding students attribution, because objectively correct attribution for our learning, life is essential, but also pay attention to students’cognitive capacity and improve metacognitive ability; counseling teachers learn strategies to guide student achievement has not produced a significant impact on our future research these conclusions provide some reference.The study includes five parts:The first part is introduction, mainly introduced the research background,purpose and significance of this paper, research object and content, research ideas and methods, and the theoretical basis of the research.The second part analyzes the current status of guiding of self-learning of network-course at home and abroad.The third part is the investigation of guiding strategies of self-learning of network-course. Firstly, the survey questionnaire which used is designed, its reliability and validity are analyzed, and determined ultimately the two piece of questionnaires used in this study:Guidance demand questionnaire for network-course mianly Includes five aspects,that are guiding, mentoring, counseling, supervision and grooming.The questionnaire of the ability of network-course self-learning also Includes five aspects,that are motivation,self-efficacy, attribution, cognitive strategies, metacognitive strategies. Secondly, a brief introduction of the course about this study is based on was gived about " Design and Development of Digital Learning Resources ",and learner characteristics were analyzed. Finally, analyed students’ guiding learning needs according to guiding needs questionnaire, and proposed guidance strategies in accordance with students’ guiding learning needs from the course’s platform level and tutors’ level,and also applied to the guiding strategies of tutors’level.The fourth part, which analyzed the changes of students’self-learning ability and differences in academic performance before and after the experiment using paired samples T-test and independent samples T-test,to verify the application effect of guiding strategies of self-learning of network-course. Analysis shows that the application of guiding strategies of self-learning of network-course to improve the students motivation and self-efficacy, the ability of other dimensions does not change significantly, and academic performance did not exist significant differences between experimental class and control class.The last part is the summary and prospect, including conclusions,innovation insufficient and further research direction.
