The evaluation of the satisfaction of the master students on the tutor is a subjective evaluation of the overall quality and guiding behavior of the tutor.High satisfaction evaluation is a reflection of the happiness of postgraduate study, and unreasonable satisfaction evaluation will dampen the enthusiasm of the instructor guidance.Improving the satisfaction of the tutor is conducive to ensuring the quality of postgraduate training. The evaluation process of graduate students' satisfaction with the tutor is more complicated and has many influencing factors.According to the relevant literature, the psychological factors of graduate students are considered to be one of them, but few literatures have proved their specific influence mechanism, and there is no accepted conclusion. This paper attempts to explore the psychological factors of graduate students to the satisfaction of teachers. The impact mechanism of the evaluation.According to the predecessors' conclusions, postgraduates with good personality traits and psychological state have higher acceptance of the mentor's guiding behavior, while the postgraduate students with extreme personality traits may be biased towards the mentor's guiding behavior. For example,a graduate student with a higher narcissistic tendency may be overreacted to the instructor's negative guidance behavior, making it a lower satisfaction rating for the tutor. In addition, the psychological status of the graduate students may directly affect their evaluation of the tutor. From this point of view, the psychological factors of graduate students may directly affect the evaluation of the satisfaction of the instructors, and also affect the evaluation of the satisfaction of the instructors by influencing the guiding experience. In order to explore the influence mechanism of postgraduate psychological factors on the evaluation of tutor satisfaction, this study sets three main variables, namely, psychological capital, guiding experience and tutor satisfaction. The guiding experience is divided into affirmative guiding experience and negative guidance.Experience;established a structural equation model for the impact of master's degree on the evaluation of the satisfaction of the tutor. The model contains the following three assumptions:First, the psychological capital of the postgraduate students has a positive impact on the affirmative guidance experience, and the negative guidance experience is produced.Negative influence;Second, the positive guidance experience has a positive impact on the evaluation of the teacher's satisfaction, and the negative guidance experience has a negative impact on the evaluation of the teacher's satisfaction;third, the psychological capital of the master's degree will pass the affirmative guidance experience and The negative guidance experience has an impact on the evaluation of the teacher's satisfaction, that is,the guidance experience plays an intermediary role.In order to form a scientific questionnaire, this study was pre-investigated in advance. The pre-survey questionnaire consists of the Psychological Capital Scale, the Guided Experience Scale and the Instructor's Satisfaction Rating Scale. The surveyees were graduate students of N University and C University.A total of 107 valid data were collected and the data were tested. And analysis, deleted some invalid items, formed a formal questionnaire. The scope of the formal investigation was expanded from the original two universities to three universities, namely N University,C University and S University, and obtained survey data of 515 postgraduate students. The formal questionnaire consists of basic information, psychological capital scale, instructional experience scale, and tutor satisfaction rating scale. The quality of the data was verified by reliability test, validity test and homologous variance test. This study demonstrates the structure, distribution, etc.of the sample through descriptive statistical analysis of the sample. In the data processing, the factor score is calculated by factor analysis, and the psychological capital variable is reduced in dimension for subsequent model processing. In this study, the generalized least squares method is used to estimate the model parameters. On the basis of the initial fitting, the model is adjusted three times to obtain the final model results. Finally, this study conducted a mediating effect test on the affirmative guidance experience and the negative guidance experience. The research results show that:First, the psychological capital of the postgraduate students will have a direct impact on the guiding experience.Among them, the psychological capital has a positive impact on the affirmative guiding experience and negatively affects the negative guiding experience.Second, the guiding experience has an impact on the evaluation of the teacher's satisfaction.Third, the guiding experience plays a full mediating role in the impact of psychological capital on the evaluation of the tutor. This paper suggests:First, graduate students should adjust their psychological state,do a good job in emotional management, and correctly understand the mentor's guiding behavior,in order to promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship and obtain a pleasant reading experience;second, the tutor should pay attention to graduate students. The psychological quality should be based on the selection of appropriate guidance methods for graduate students of different psychological qualities,in order to improve the guidance effect and ensure the quality of postgraduate training;third, the institutions can provide relevant information support, and measure the psychological capital of graduate students in the retesting process. As a mentor, provide appropriate guidance to provide data support, and provide relevant psychological counseling mechanisms to lay a solid foundation for a happy graduate career.
