Research purposes:this article is in the national fitness line dance movement, under the impetus of the experimental study on effect of the line dance exercise, to test different styles of line dance influence on student’s body shape. Through to the shanxi normal university grade201170female college students of different professional line dance exercise for12weeks, the70students can be divided into three classes, each class selected different styles of dance, and the experiment before and after the experiment analysis test indicators, aims to find whether the experiment before and after the experiment have difference; Different styles of line dance to the student body exercises the effect is the same; After three months of line dance exercise is to the reshaping of the female college students body shape has obvious effect; How scientific and rational arrangement of line dance exercise better able to change body shape, make the students’body form has good development. This is what this article is about to solve the problem.Research methods:this article take the literature material, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis to experimental research, selected the shaanxi normal university grade2011undergraduate public sports elective sports dance class three class girls, a total of70students as subjects for experimental analysis, body height, body weight, the indicators before and after the experiment surrounded degree, thickness of sebum and heart rate were tested. To participate in the experiment of three class after students before the experiment, the indicators needed for the measurement. By SPSS and excel software to analyze the test data, studies the three different points of line dance to the student body parts is an effect, effect is obvious, have a good effect to body shape. In the exercise effect, on the basis of how the science reasonable arrangement of line dance dance is better for your overall morphological change and enhance the effect of college students’ physical health.Results:1the research results show that line dance exercise of female college students have significant positive effects for changes in body shape. But the three types of different styles of line dance exercise on body parts produce effect each are not identical, parts of the body effect is very significant for exercise:jazz style line dance shoulder chest a change is more obvious; India and Pakistan line dancing style waist abdomen change is more obvious; Latin style line dancing legs and hips change is more obvious.2the waist abdomen is easy to accumulate fat part of the response body perfect line is one of the important parts. This experiment in three different styles of dance, the Indian style line dancing exercises the effect is best, not only has a significant improvement on the part of the practice, on the whole body reshaping of the form is to play a role.3after12weeks of line dance exercise, body composition test data of female college students results before and after the experiment comparison has significant difference, that line dance of female college students in the form of body composition and physical change has significant effect, can effectively reduce the fat content, improve the body of female college students surrounded degree, reduce sebum thickness, shape to the body to promote to develop in the direction of the ideal.
