Aesthetic group gymnastics originated in northern Europe in the 1950 s, is an emerging in the world in recent years, in the form of collective unarmed features, women’s collective under the music accompaniment of competitive sports. It will in the rhythmic gymnastics unarmed action, ballet and modern dance movements, characteristics, the graceful, relative to the competitive rhythmic gymnastics difficulty of movement is small, good for promotion and learning. At present, the aesthetic group gymnastics in our country is only as college students of rhythmic gymnastics championship games, has not yet come into our big national events, and the project has not been introduced college sports exercise, lead to art collective sport related research is less. Therefore this article research goal is through the aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training on college students’ body form and physical function, the influence of clear art collective sport function to the promotion of college students’ body form and function, put forward to the introduction of the aesthetic group gymnastics of school sports related Suggestions.This article selects the shaanxi normal university institute of tourism and environment level 2012,26 students of aerobics elective female college as the research object, the experiment time is on March 21,2014-June 30. Exercise in the aesthetic group gymnastics exercise three times a week, every time 90 minutes of exercise. By applying the method of documentary, logic analysis, experiment and mathematical statistics and other research methods, for the college students’ physique and body composition indexes before and after the experiment, circulation, respiratory function, blood routine, cortisol and blood lactic acid index analysis and research, to explore the aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training on college students’ body form and function, the influence of aesthetic group gymnastics sport related research for the future to lay the theoretical foundation, constructive suggestions are put forward.The experimental results show that:1. Through three months aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training, subjects bust there was no significant difference before and after the test, weight, minimum waist circumference, hip circumference, upper arm relaxed circumference and thigh circumference have significant difference; Iliac sebum thickness has no significant difference, the arm, shoulder, abdomen, buttocks, and big legs sebum thickness have extremely significant difference; Muscle, fat, fat weight and fat percentage has significant difference.2. The three months through aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training, systolic blood pressure before and after the test subjects made poor lie, Blanche cardiac function index, there was no significant difference before and after the experiment, heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate lie and harvard step index has significant difference.3. Through three months aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training, the subjects vo2 Max has the extremely significant difference before and after the test, vital capacity and load after heart rate has a significant difference.4. Through three months aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training, the subjects before and after the test concentration of red blood cell count, hemoglobin, red blood cell volume and cortisol index has significant differences, blood lactate index has the extremely significant difference.Conclusion:1. Based on the subjects of aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training of physique and body composition indexes before and after contrast, shows that art collective exercise training can effectively reduce the body fat content, a strong and handsome the goal of thin body.2. Based on the subjects of aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training circulation indexes before and after contrast, shows that art collective exercise training can improve the body’s cardiovascular system, promote the development of the body’s circulatory system.3. Based on the subjects of aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training breathing function indexes before and after contrast, shows that art collective exercise training on the function of respiratory function, ensure the body oxygen supply is adequate, improve the ability of sports participants.4. Through to the subjects of aesthetic group gymnastics exercise training blood indexes before and after contrast, shows that art collective exercise training can improve the body’s aerobic capacity, maintain the subjects steady state aerobic exercise ability.Based on the results of the study and analysis of this article, and puts forward the following four Suggestions:due to the low aesthetic group gymnastics exercise movement difficulty, exercise effect is obvious, therefore, universities should introduce art collective fuck school physical training; College students should actively participate in aesthetic group gymnastics exercise, exercise should keep 3-4 times per week,60-90 minutes of exercise load, give full play to the aesthetic group gymnastics exercise aerobics this characteristic; Based on foreign men’s artistic gymnastics this phenomenon, this article think aesthetic group gymnastics sport exercise for male college students have the same value; Regional governments and relevant departments should strengthen the development of the aesthetic group gymnastics exercise events, promote the popularization and promotion of aesthetic group gymnastics.
