Twenty-first Century is the higher education has epoch-making change of thecentury, cultivating competitive consciousness, innovative consciousness and thecomprehensive development of the compound talents, is the goal and direction ofdevelopment of higher education. Social development and requirements for collegestudents is more and more high, is not only physical health, mental health is of vitalimportance. In recent years, college students mental health problem has been moreand more psychological experts and scholar’s attention, especially the college students’self-confidence, self-esteem is the problem of College Students’ psychological healthevaluation of the important aspect, and aerobics on physical education curriculum of aproject, also is the modern society is a popular aerobic exercise, Fitness Aerobics notonly to change the body shape, function, especially to improve self-confidence have avery good help. But also can cultivate sentiments, to produce a pleasant mood, mentalstate regulation. Therefore, this article chose to aerobics as a fulcrum, in-depth study ofAerobics on female college students in Gansu province body shape and self-confidenceinfluence experimental study. Through theoretical research and practical operation ofthe interaction, discuss my province to female college students’ Fitness AerobicsTeaching in physical form, self-confidence is operable, and find out the improvementof students’ body form and improve the level of confidence of the developmentstrategies and recommendations. Designed for fitness through aerobics exercise toimprove their physique and improve the level of confidence of people to providecertain theory, improving students’ comprehensive quality such as social adaptation.At the same time caused all levels of educational administrative departments, schools,teachers’ attention.This experiment uses confidence test questionnaire developed by the Americanpsychologist Rosenberg (M. Rosenberg) formulation; it is the world’s most commonlyused measuring individual confidence scale. On the Northwest Normal University,Lanzhou JiaoTong University, Gansu University, Lanzhou University, Lanzhou CityCollege, Lanzhou University of Technology, Gansu Lianhe University, Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine part of Elective Aerobics Course of female collegestudents400people as the object of study. Adopt question naireinvestigation method,experimental method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis of data for statisticalanalysis, in the aerobics exercise before and after the end of each test subjects’ bodyshape index and confidence level, the measured data using SPSS12.0software forstatistical analysis, respectively, compared with subjects before training after training,the index changes in amplitude, with P>0.05no significant difference, P<0.05for thesignificant difference, P<0.01for very significant difference. Through a semester ofaerobics course exercise, Gansu Province female college students’ body shape isimproved somewhat, confidence levels were enhanced markedly, the results are asfollows:(1) female college students in Gansu Province in the weight, the upper armsebum thickness, abdominal skin fold thickness index, after a semester of the exercise,weight by experiments in front of55.65. In6.94experiments, down to51.13±4.88;theupper arm skin fold thickness by training prior to the18.27±3.03declined to15.28±3.83(P<0.01); and abdominal skin fold thickness by training prior to the30.37±8.54drop after training on the27.59±6.61(P<0.01), a significant difference isobvious female college students in Gansu province; the percentage body fat (%) byexperiments in front of27.31±4.25drop test after24.68±3.26; body fat weight (kg)and lean body mass (kg) a15.87±3.95,43.83±5.25, respectively, down to theexperiment after13.65±3.24,43.95±5.29. Through aerobic exercise can improve theweight status of female college students in Gansu province and skin fold thickness, soclose to the health standards of female college students in Gansu Province, andreducing the weight and cortical thickness decreases due to the reduced fat content.(2)the research object after a semester of the aerobics exercise, body circumferencechange. There was significant difference in the shoulder and chest, respectively byexercise before the26.75±2.18,85.37±5.03drops to exercise after26.14±1.93,83.75±4.72.The upper arm circumference, thigh, hip, waist, there were significantdifferences (P<0.01). The research object in the waist circumference, armcircumference, thigh, hip reduced at the same time, bust significant change. GansuProvince female college students in aerobics exercise, the whole body fat reducing atthe same time the chest does not have too big change, making the overall body shape is more beautiful curve.(3) after a semester of the aerobics exercise of female collegestudents’ self-confidence level rises somewhat, before and after the experimentthrough the experimental comparison of the confidence level, in the380validquestionnaires survey, scoring in the10-15inferiority by experiments before80toafter45, drop56.25%;score in16-25self usually by experiments in front of205drop totest130people,down to63.41%,that feeling ordinary confidence has increased; andscored in the26-35confidence from75rise to180,confidence level is improved by41.67%. Gansu Province female college students’ level of confidence in aerobicsexercise improved after, remarkable effect is obvious. Thus the aerobics exercise canimprove the students’ self-confidence level.This article through aerobics exercise of female college students in Gansuprovince how to improve level of confidence and improve the physical forms ofscientific methods and approaches, aimed at improving body shape and increase thelevel of confidence of the people to provide certain reference and the strategy.
