In recent years, we found that ordinary college students are the only children on 90 after generation, they are outgoing, lively and cheerful, they pay attention to their shape, but generally self-centered, their parents are spoiled contributed to their habits, their willpower is not strong, physical condition is not optimistic, especially female college students’ consciousness of exercise is relatively poorer, their exercise time is less than 4 hours per week that led to their body physique continued to decline, so it is urgent to paying more attention to improve their body shape and physiological function, improve physical quality through exercise in order to promote the development of body and mind. It’s positive and promote to choose regulation aerobics to enhancing their body shape,physiological functions, improve the physical quality,and promote the development of the physical and mental health, at the same time, aerobics can also edify sentiment, regulating emotions and make person keep positive and healthy attitude. This paper through experiment and questionnaire to discuss and analyze the influence of the female colleges in body shape, body composition, physical quality, physiological function, through a semester of aerobics, we found that the change of some index data in female college students’ body shape, body composition, physical quality and physiological function, this is provide theoretical guidance to exercise aerobics scientifically of the female college students, for aerobics establish a good foundation in ordinary universities and society.The paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire survey and experiment and so on, randomly selected 30 female college students of career youth technical college, let them participate aerobic exercise course of 15 weeks by the author, by measuring the body shape, body composition, physical quality, physiological functions to record index data before and after the experiment, the experiment are using SPSS software system to contrast analysis. Conclusions of the study as follows:1, aerobics can effectively change the female college student’s body shape, it can reduce weight, mainly in weight loss, the waist, hip and leg’s size decreased significantly.2, aerobics can improve and reduce the female college students of skin fold thickness, body fat weight and percentage of body fat, the thin body weight are increased, their body composition become more moderate,3, aerobics can improve the female college student’s physical quality of abdominal muscle strength, flexibility, balance, strength and other, but the strength of upper body and jumping has no changed.4, aerobics can improve the female college student’s cardiovascular system and respiratory function, mainly in basic heart rate, capacity increasing, the function of heart and lung improve, blood pressure index has no change.5, aerobics can promote the development of the physical and mental health of the female college students, improve their interest learning, relieve tension, psychological pressure, enhance will, increase the interpersonal communication, edify sentiment, establish a sound personality and has a good health care function.
