The reformation we need should advance with the times, it is because education is not a static thing, and our concept of education reformation is not only textbooks, teachers, teaching methods, training objectives but also should keep up with the education reform era, however, teachers’ knowledge and new ideas are always far behind the national introduction of the policy, the implementation of the new curriculum through the years, the three-dimensional object in the classroom and not many teachers can really be achieved. Many scholars believe that the scope of past teaching school teachers confined to a limited curriculum resources, the majority of teachers are able to finish a lesson by using a book, a piece of chalk, a lesson plan which as we all know that just carries basic knowledge of textbooks. To achieve the three goals of teaching, we must broaden the scope of teaching, mining knowledge exists its carriers, in short, we need to develop more broader curriculum resources except the textbooks, I believe that the development of additional curriculum resources on one hand can help to improve the professional quality of teachers, on the other hand can promote the transformation of teacher education ideas and teaching methods Therefore, based on the new curriculum reform for teachers’requirement, this paper aims to use the resources of local teachers’understandings and propose feasible ways to improve the status, while PEP high school biology compulsory subject for the study of the instantiated Research.This paper adopts the literature, questionnaires, case study methods. The literature researched Chinese literature HowNet and some core journals related to the relevant documents and treatises. The profiles of curriculum resources were discussed Questionnaire is based on access to the relevant documents after sorting through a lot of literature, drawing on the Huang Xiaoling "investigation of a township west of primary and secondary school curriculum resource development," a paper questionnaire questions compiled. Examples of analysis is a required course for high school biology of the PEP study, classified according to the characteristics of the course content, heavy and difficult, etc., and as a basis for selection, development and utilization of resources for the different courses. Finally, select from one class were content knowledge to design teaching examples demonstrate the advantages of the use of curriculum resources development, on the one hand to provide a reference for teachers teaching in one hand, but also for teacher training courses should have the resources to make sense of the guidelines.In the undergraduate learning stage, the school did not set the course on curriculum resources for our educational system, and into the high school office, only a very small school curriculum emphasis on the development and utilization of resources. Thus, the survey found that teachers due to the lack of a systematic study of curriculum resources, teacher professional knowledge of teachers in a general lack of awareness curriculum resources, they blurred the concept of curriculum resources, teacher participation in the development of curriculum resources enthusiasm is not high, there is inert, theoretical knowledge is not in place, could not do the curriculum resource development tasks. Currently the most common curriculum resource teachers are still confined to textbooks, teaching reference, courseware. Ignoring the side to help improve the efficiency of classroom, curriculum resources to help students grow. Curriculum development and utilization of resources by the teacher’s own knowledge and ability, which restricts the school’s condition and the degree of attention, class and academic pressure, such as the safety of students and funding factors. In this regard, the author gives recommendations are:teachers should strengthen theoretical study; resource development courses interest groups; organization of social practice, to inspect the school curriculum resources; improve the sensitivity of the curriculum resource teacher through a variety of methods.
