In the background of the kindergarten curriculum reform, the significant focus that a great many folkpay more attention to is the development and utilization of curriculum resources in kindergarten. There areabundant local curriculum resources in the majority of rural kindergarten in Henan province that connectedwith the children's daily life and corresponded to the physical and psychological development of childrenand offered the children the oversimplified method to learn. The development and utilization of curriculumresources in countryside not only take more advantage of the teaching material the teacher used and thecost of education reduced, but also are beneficial to the rural children's physical and mental development inthe countryside, as well as enhance the realism and kindness of the hometown and culture the children areinterested in. As the result, it is primary for the great social value and significance to make most use ofthe development and utilization of local curriculum resources in the process of educating children.This thesis studies the objective how to exploit and utilize the local curriculum resources thatconvenient for the preschool education, considering a mass of information acquired by means of visitingand surveying as first-hand material. For the sake of guaranteeing the investigation data representative andeffectiveness, the period of interviewing and researching adopts to the approach which divided into thespecimen immediately in term of the geographical position in Henan province that is consist of north, east,west and south, and stem from35kindergartens and500children teachers in35central-kindergartens invillages and towns as the research object. I collect these data with the literature method, questionnairemethod, interview method, observation method and real collection methods. On the basis of the aboveinvestigating material, with the statistics analysis, this thesis thoroughly researches the present situation and influence facts of the local curriculum resources development and utilization of the central-kindergarten invillages and towns and puts forward the feasibility suggestions due to so many existing issues from twoaspects of villages and towns' government and kindergartens. Thus discover there are some problems thatconstruct hardware and software in the rural kindergarten, to tell the truth, each township basicallypossesses a center kindergarten in town where was completely built up in all aspects. What is more, it notprovides objective conditions for the development and utilization of local curriculum resources so thatintend and extend local curriculum resources was abandoned and wasted by the kindergarten in town. Wegot the following conclusions such as taking no count of the development of the central-kindergarten,jagging the standard, disqualifying the management, and the shortage of demonstration and radiation.Second, a lot of teachers do not realize the chief development and utilization of curriculum resources so asto hinder and lack the effective training itself. Third, they is weak the consciousness of its and need tofurther improve the ability of developing and using the local curriculum resources, however, they do notenough fund and vigor to support perpetually. Forth, it is not insufficient to be familiar with the localcurriculum resources.According to the above conclusions, this study is given the following suggestions. First andforemost, the local education department should provide more financial support to maintain the stability ofteachers. Secondly, it is necessity to lay stress on the center and the status of the central-kindergarten invillage and towns. Thirdly, the administrators in the kindergarten, who open them mind and develop thempositive attitude towards channels of information transmitting the local curriculum resources, enhance theiracknowledgment. Fourthly, we should be in favor of supplying the financial support as well as enhanceteachers' developing consciousness. Finely, rendering more training agency in order to enhance thepreschool teacher's development ability is perfect. Sixthly, establishing the supervision evaluation and the incentive mechanism is the unique technology which increases the power of the preschool teachers. At last,the main destination is that strengthens cooperation and exchange, takes care of various forms of training,enhances opinion propaganda, transforms the unilateral view of the parents.
