Teachers are the foundation of education.Only with good teachers can we have good education."On comprehensively strengthening and improving the new era of school aesthetic education work opinions" article release,for the new era of school aesthetic education work put forward new requirements,and the professional development of middle school music teachers helps to promote the realization of school aesthetic education.,Therefore,it is necessary to explore the professional development of middle school music teachers.This study adopts educational narrative research,takes A junior high school music teacher--A in D Middle School as the research object,according to the theory of teacher professional development,on the basis of analyzing the problems of A teacher's personal professional knowledge,professional ability and professional affection,this paper analyzes the dilemma of A music teacher's professional development,analyzes the causes of the dilemma,and proposes the breakthrough path of A music teacher's professional development,and hopes that this study can provide some reference for the professional development of more middle school music teachers.Based on the educational narrative research of music teachers in A,it can be seen that their professional development difficulties are mainly manifested as follows:in terms of professional knowledge,the updating of subject professional knowledge is not timely enough,and the knowledge of education and teaching theory is relatively short;In terms of professional ability,the classroom teaching mode is relatively single,and the education and scientific research ability needs to be improved;In terms of professional affection,lack of self-development awareness and clear career planning.And the causes of these difficulties can be analyzed from the individual teacher and external environment.The personal level of teachers is mainly that teachers' autonomous learning ability needs to be improved,their awareness of self-development needs to be strengthened,and the role conflict between work and family;The external environment level is mainly that school managers do not pay enough attention to middle school music courses and teachers,teachers lack opportunities for on-the-job training in music discipline,it is difficult to promote music teachers' professional titles,and there are few opportunities for effective cooperation and exchange among teachers.Finally,from the individual teacher,school,society and education department in charge of four aspects,put forward A music teacher professional development predicament breakthrough path:first of all,teachers should establish the consciousness of independent development and put it into action,which requires middle school music teachers to face up to the individual value,constantly enhance the consciousness of self-development,and develop the habit of teaching reflection and research;Secondly,the school should create an internal environment conducive to the development of teachers,such as implementing more democratic management,giving humanistic care to music teachers,strengthening communication and cooperation between teachers,and building a learning community.In addition,the improvement of the external environment supporting the professional development of teachers is mainly to advocate the public to respect teachers and value music education,and the education department to optimize the evaluation mechanism and provide support for the training of music teachers.
