Since the promulgation of the new music curriculum standards,music education in primary and secondary schools in China has reached a new stage.The development of music teachers' music professional quality has become the focus of music education and quality education.Music education in rural primary and secondary schools in China has been in a very weak state,in order to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standards in rural areas,we must strive to improve the professional quality of music teachers in rural areas.Based on the theory of the new curriculum standard,this paper expounds the requirements of music teachers' music professional accomplishment under the new curriculum standard,and further clarifies the structure of music professional accomplishment under the new curriculum standard: theoretical knowledge and ability accomplishment.Theoretical knowledge accomplishment refers to music professional knowledge,music interdisciplinary knowledge and music related cultural knowledge;Ability accomplishment mainly refers to professional skills,performance,creation and scientific research ability accomplishment.By means of questionnaire survey,interview,literature analysis and course evaluation,the author investigated and analyzed the rural music teachers in yanling county,and found that there was a big gap between the current situation of the rural music teachers' music professional quality and the requirements of the new curriculum standards.This paper draws on research results of experts and scholars at homeand abroad,combines the actual survey results of yanlin country's rural music teachers,understands the current situation of the music professional quality of rural music teachers in multi-dimension,makes a profound analysis of the current rural primary and secondary school music teachers of music professional problems,makes every effort to innovate in the following several aspects:(1)the research of music teachers under the new curriculum standard of music professional demands,for the study of the formation of music professional music teachers and its standard.(2)through the collection and analysis of questionnaires,the differences between the music professional quality of rural music teachers and the new curriculum standards are found,and good Suggestions and countermeasures are proposed for the improvement of the music professional quality of rural music teachers.
