The Performance Management is the core of the human resources management in the school, which is playing an important role in attracting the talents and building up competent advantages. During recent years, the reform of Performance Management has been executed like a raging fire, aiming to dismantle the unfair income distribution and reflect the spirit of "more work more income and better performance, higher bonus". However, when we study the current situation, we found that the Performance Management is rather weak in the human resources management of the school and the method and mode of the Performance Management are rather insufficient. Therefore, we will try to draw up the strategy for the Performance Management with the theory of Psychological Contract. The Psychological Contract is the necessary part of the Performance Management and is the key to the success of the reform of the Performance Management. This paper aims to solve the question that how the Performance Management can reflect the core of Psychological Contract and how we can leverage the sound interaction between the school and the teachers. Firstly, we illustrate the concept of Psychological Contract and the importance of Psychological Contract in the Performance Management in the school. Then we suggest that the school shall build up the system of Performance Management based on the Psychological Contract by focusing on the start of the teacher’s career, improving the satisfaction of the teacher and strengthening the career plan of the teacher, so as to reach the harmony between the school and the teacher and best combination of Psychological Contract, which can make the teacher feel comfortable and try his or her best for the excellent performance of the school and reach the win-win result for the teacher and the development of the school.
