In the history of modern and contemporary of China, Chinese private higher education occupies a very important position. There were a number of modern Chinese successful private schools, such as the Xiamen private University, Wu chang private University. Under the civil unrest, frequent wars, low level of social and economic development, these universities not only brought up many cross-age sense of talent for our nation, but also made remarkable development. The development is inextricably linked with the private management system. Board system introduced from America play a key role in the development of Chinese private universities.
