Along with the arrival of the era of knowledge, every country around the worldrealize the importance of knowledge to the country’s comprehensive national strengthcompetition, knowledge can promote social progress, accelerate the rapid economicdevelopment, but the transfer of knowledge depends on education to maintain, andteachers play a key role of education. Especially the education of colleges anduniversities, they are related to the knowledge of the whole nation, and make studentsentering society, transforming society. In most countries in the education system incolleges and universities to adjust, exert initiative in colleges and universities teachers’teaching, the evaluation of university teachers’ performance to have the scientificnature and feasibility, and people actively focus on important topics.By commencing the problem of performance evaluation of teachers in collegesand universities at home and abroad in this paper, the article conduct the thoroughresearch to the teacher performance index system, to the relevant experts issuedquestionnaires to obtain the original data of university teachers’ performance,combining with "the actual situation of teachers’ performance, to conduct the thoroughresearch to the teacher performance indicator system at all levels, build collegeteacher performance evaluation index system model, enrich the teachers’ performanceevaluation system of index, is conducive to the future of the university teachers’performance evaluation, and conducive to the theory of fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation and expanded the college teacher performance evaluation method andrange.The performance evaluation index of college teacher is combined withqualitative and quantitative problem, and fuzzy mathematics studies the qualitativeand quantitative problems, through the establishment of multi-level "teacher performance evaluation factor system, the advantage of the characteristics of theanalytic hierarchy process AHP will be associated with qualitative and quantitativeproblems, and corresponding weights of each indicator is calculated and the judgmentmatrix, consistency check. According to the actual conditions on the effects of"teachers’ performance index evaluation and empirical explanation, conducive to theright of our country to correctly evaluate university teachers performance, Ann andreasonable evaluation result, the model system of science to improve the performanceof teachers in colleges and universities and valuable experience.
