With the continuous development of informational technology, the importanceof informational process in education keeps growing in China. In order to strengthenthe people’s informational quality and the ability of problem resolving withinformational technology, China starts to focus on the development of educationaltechnology of elementary school teachers and has made some standards forinstruction. Normal students’ educational technology quality makes great effort tothe informational process of education, considering they are the main resource ofteachers group. So the training for normal students becomes a very importantmission. But the classic teaching mode can’t accomplish this mission due to the lackof equipment and the short of teachers and so on. New modes and methods must becarried out to solve this problem.Micro mobile-learning (mm-learning in Abbreviation) is a way of learningwhich takes advantage of micro mobile equipment to follow short, fragmented andself-contained knowledge or modules. This study is trying to carry out a way ofmm-learning in the informational ability training of normal students by usingmicro-blog as a platform, and to talk about effective modes and strategies can beused in the training and the methods for evaluation. The first section of this papermakes introduce of mm-learning, the current situation of the educational technologytraining for normal students, the background and meaning of this study. The secondsection elaborates the concept and features of mm-learning, and other relatedtheories as well. The third section of this paper will mainly introduce the NationalStandards of educational technology for Elementary Teachers and the currentsituation of informational training for normal students. In the fourth section, basedon the analysis of existing instructional design models the author states herinstructional design model for micro-blog platform based mm-learning. The fifth andsixth section of this paper will illustrate how to put this model into practice and theperformance. The data of teaching and learning performance was collected by questionnaires and analyzed by social network analysis software. The last sectionsummarizes the main conclusions of this study and makes some recommendationsbased on the teaching practice.According to this study, by using a micro-blog based mm-learning model, bothteaching and learning performance are improved, and student’s interest in learning iswell aroused in the meantime. However, due to the short of my personal experienceand lack of other research conditions, this study didn’t make the best result out of itand there is still room for improvements.
