This article attempts through the basic situation comprehensively and objectivelyanalysis of the Ocean English training institutions in the external environment andinternal environment, find the Ocean English focuses on own superiority and theinferiority, the face of the education and training market opportunities and threats, thedevelopment strategy of qualitative study in the Ocean English. This paper uses thecompany strategy theory, starting from the present development situation of China’sexisting foreign language training industry and Zaozhuang’s foreign languageeducation and training industry problem, problem research development strategy ofthe Ocean English training institutions. Through in-depth analysis of the internal andexternal environment of the school (including the Ocean English training institutionsof market supply and demand analysis, SWOT analysis, environmental analysis), andselect the appropriate development strategy for the development of the Ocean Englishtraining institutions (including the core competitiveness by focusing the strategicforces create differentiated), through the implementation of brand building strategy,expand the influence mechanism, expansion strategy, to build giant chain training. Onthis basis, the implementation of English training institutions and marinedevelopment strategy control, so as to the Ocean English training institutions toprovide comprehensive and in-depth development of strategic analysis and how tofurther expand strategy.
