With some campus "cold violence" time and teachers to Dutch act tragedy, sopeople pay more and more attention to teachers’ mental health, especially the level ofteachers’ subjective well-being. National implementation of performance pay system,in order to encourage teachers, improve teacher’s well-being, attract talent to theeducation of. As a middle school teacher, the author found that the implementation ofKunming city middle school performance salary is not as we imagined so perfect, butsome can not be ignored, may affect the well-being of teachers. But in the context ofperformance pay and the teachers’ subjective well-being and not, so the authorproposed method by questionnaire and depth interview combined, performance payfor teachers under the background of the subjective well-being level of. Conclusionsof the study are as follows:(1)Kunming city middle school teachers subjective well-being in the mediumlevel, but the serious polarization;(2) Gender, age, work experience and professional titles of middle schoolteachers in Kunming city level of subjective well-being is affected, but there are notsignificant, no significant school type; subjective well-being of middle schoolteachers in Kunming city are significantly influence the level, specific performancefor the two school teachers subjective well-being was significantly higher than that ofa full of Teachers;(3) Kunming city middle school teachers’ interpersonal atmosphere isharmonious;(4) High degrees of approval of teachers of middle school students in KunmingCity;(5) High sense of teaching efficacy of middle school teachers in Kunming;(6) Kunming city high school teacher performance pay implementation ofoverall satisfaction is low, less influence teachers’ gender and school type on the age,working years, and professional teachers have significant influence on the; (7) The general well-being of middle school teachers in Kunming city are levelwith the performance pay satisfaction of government expectation, interpersonalrelationship and work orientation are positively related to three dimensions. Themultiple stepwise regression analysis showed that, the three dimensions of overallsubjective well-being of middle school teachers in Kunming city level has significantpositive predictive effect;(8) To improve the middle school teachers in Kunming City, the level ofsubjective well-being should improve the implementation of performance pay,improve teachers’ salaries, improve teachers’ occupation prestige, enhance teachers’sense of achievement, as much as possible for the teacher to provide developmentopportunities (combined with the teachers on their occupation career planning)aspects.
