Development And Research On The Information System Of Moral Education Management In Primary Schools Based On PDCA Theory

Moral education for young people thinking, moral education is an indispensablepart of school education. Moral education in school work occupies an importantposition, and moral management is indispensable in modern primary schoolmanagement an important part of school management is also important. Moralscientific management, optimization is to establish a systematic, hierarchical,network-based education system, promote moral education work more smoothly,more effective implementation of the important guarantee.The21stcentury is the information age, moral education is facing the challengesof information technology (IT). How to seize the development opportunities broughtby IT, take the technology into the normal work of moral education is the mostcritical issue needed to be solved. Currently, the study on application of IT in moraleducation is lagging behind, and is still in the initial research and development stage."The Development and Research of Management Information System ofElementary Moral Education Based on the Theory PDCA" combined with ITmanagement, the PDCA management theory, i.e. planning, do, check, action, is takeninto moral education to achieve moral science management in the paper. And themethod combing IT with management theory is proposed at the end.This reasearch contains two parts: one is the moral education operationmanagement and another is the moral education information management system.The moral education operation management provide the way to manage thecurrent work of primary school moral education. It brings the PDCA theory into thedispatch and adjustment of moral education work, at last forms the close-cyclemanagement way of moral education with plan, do, check, action.The moral education information management system proposes a way tomaintain the accumulated knowledge and materials in moral education work. By theimplementation of moral education information, the information of moral educationwork is maintained, and the platform also provide the function of showing the results,demonstrating cultural events, dynamic communication to promote knowledge sharing.In the system running process, it shows great manageability of moral educationwork and had a great role in promoting moral education work. It is a new attempt toimplement the scientific management of elementary moral education.
