The Research On Quality Problems And Improvement Scheme In Project Construction Of High-quality Schools Based On PDCA

The High-quality School Construction Project of higher vocational colleges is a major national construction project in the field of national education.Project management and high-quality scho ol construction projects of higher vocational colleges have meeting points in theory and practice.It has significant advantages and is also helpful to guarantee the quality to apply the methods,techniques and tools of project management to the High-quality School Construction Project.In this context,this paper takes W School the High-quality School Construction Project(W School Project)as the research object,applies the relevant theories and tools of project quality management to W School Project,analyzes the problems of W School Project and puts forward suggestions for improvement,in order to explore effective ways for higher vocational college s to promote the quality improvement of connotative construction projectsThis paper is mainly based on the ISO9000 Quality Management System and the Total Quality Management theory(TQM),using the Literature Method,Case Analysis and Analysis Induction Method,using the PDCA cycle to carry out scientific analysis,evaluation,quality improvement and rectification on the quality management of quality projects of W School Project,which solved the problem of quality management of the W School Project and improved the quality of project management.It includes adopting the Literature Method,to study the provisions of relevant documents concerning the High-quality School Construction Project and other related documents,to study experts and scholars on the actual application of project quality management in High-quality School Construction Project and similar projects,and to consult the construction of W School Project to understand project quality management actual application in the construction of W School Project.Then we used Case Analysis method and found that there were some problems such as lack of project management experience,fuzzy evaluation standards,and poor comprehensive quality of personnel in the project quality management process of W School Project.Analyzed the problems of project quality management and their causes.In the process of quality improvement,we used a practical case to apply the PDCA spiral cycle process to the quality management process of High-quality School Construction Project,used total quality management and other theories and methods to put forward the quality improvement strategy of W School Project,and finally evaluated the improved W School Project effectiveness of quality management of High-quality School Construction Project.The paper finally draws the conclusion that higher vocational colleges use project quality management to improve the construction level of connotation construction projectsThis paper summarized the project quality management methods suitable for the construction of effectiveness,optimized the quality management system,and provided a positive reference for the construction of similar projects to other colleges and universities.
