Work values are important measures of people to assess or weigh job quality orsignificance to themselves,their living,social development and so on. This studyexamined the work values literatures with the goal of integrating a variety ofindependent research results since the founding and providing some valuableconclusion.And this study through the recruiting class television program“zhilaizhiwang”presents the work values of content analysis, for youths will be thestudy of work values, and theri work values were horizontal compared and analysis.In the end, The main results of this study show that:(1) On the basis of longitudinal analysis, since the founding of the youths’ workvalues orientation change characteristics: social-politics-oriented-economy-typeself-realization.(2) On the basis of longitudinal analysis, since the founding of the youths’ workvalues realization ways change features: completely obey-passive choice-activestrain.(3) The youths’ work values most important to them when making career choiceswere:"economic returns "," interests character "," family maintenance ","indepence"," achievment ","creativity".(4) Different sex、different employment experience、high and low groups of theyouths their work values there are some differences.(5) Recruiters are attaches great importance to the work values of sequence is"altruism","creativity"," independence"," intelligence stimulation","associates","esthetics".(6)There are some differences between recruiters and yong job seekers.(7)Work values important to recruiters in different industries are different.
