The current government-purchased youth service projects adopt project-based operation methods,so project staff are required to manage such services accordingly.However,on the one hand,most project staff lack knowledge of project management,and the management mechanism for government-purchased service projects is still lacking.To be improved,the knowledge of project management and the project management of social work are not completely compatible;on the other hand,the professionalism of social work in such projects is also insufficient,which has brought certain obstacles to the professional development of youth service projects.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply discuss the management of youth service projects under the professional perspective,and seek to optimize the management strategies of such projects,so as to promote the professional development of youth service projects.Based on the perspective of social work,this article uses participatory observation methods,questionnaire surveys,and open interviews to analyze and study the overall characteristics of the current youth service projects,and compare the overall characteristics,taking the youth network behavior correction project as an example to analyze the project the common characteristics shown,and the individual characteristics shown in each stage of the project.Based on the analysis of characteristics and the description of specific projects,combined with life cycle theory,analyze the professional development dilemmas and breakthroughs in the current youth service projects from the perspective of social work.The professional development dilemmas mainly include: the lack of preliminary demand research in the project startup phase special funds,lack of professional understanding of the individual differences and entertainment needs of young people;project planning and implementation phases of project service plans are not closely aligned with service goals,professionalism is insufficient,and the youth professional service system has not been established and lacks norms the project management requirements of the project;the scientific nature of the evaluation and measurement indicators at the end of the project and the lack of comprehensive application of multiple evaluation methods.On the basis of the existing professionalization dilemma,the following breakthrough strategies are proposed: firstly,it is necessary to promote the implementation of the demand-based service concept,which specifically includes providing special funds for professional demand research and strengthening relevant requirements,and insisting on the principles of respect and individualization,pay attention to tap the potential and value of young people,continuously improve the project management of youth social work around the service goals,and strengthen the use and improvement of the evaluation mechanism of government purchase services;the second is to extend the project service cycle to promote the continuity and effectiveness of the project.It also needs to strengthen the construction of the youth social support system from the government,family,colleges and universities,professional forces,etc.,to jointly help the development of youth social work.Therefore,this research can provide a practical reference for youth service project management,avoid blind application of project management knowledge,and propose strategies for further breakthroughs in professional development,so as to help more service organizations improve service efficiency and truly meet the needs of the service objects.
