In teaching Chinese as a second language, helping students to use Chinese doing smooth cross-cultural communication is always our goal of teaching. In the process of language teaching, students’ language ability and their cultural knowledge and cultural literacy is closely related. In Chinese classes, students often through teaching Chinese to know and understand the Chinese culture. This paper starts from the high school Chinese course of Seoul- South Korea Gyeonggi Province, teaching materials, teachers and students as the research object, textbook analysis and questionnaire investigates the category and distribution of cultural words in Chinese textbooks, students of cultural words to grasp the situation and the application situation, the situation of teachers. The following problems were found in the research: in the Korean high school Chinese textbook, culture loaded words quantity is less and uneven distribution, most belong to extend the understanding of knowledge, does not require students to use; in the primary stage of Chinese learning of the learners to understand Chinese culture system is not enough, in the actual application is not clear enough, poor dialogue teachers in teaching; culture loaded words in general use of multimedia assisted teaching method and other visual means, the cultural words as the cultural background knowledge to enable students to understand, lack of exercises, the student impression of culture loaded words is not deep, they have so poor ability to use. Based on the discovery of the problem, this paper attempts to write two countermeasures to solve the problem of searching from the classroom teaching and textbook.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part of the system elaborated the surrounding of the topic selection of relevant research work, including the purpose and significance of topics, and through a lot of research papers summed up the research status, and then described in details, the research content, research objects and research methods, lay a solid foundation for expansion of the full text.The first chapter, followed by first, discusses the relationship between culture and language, the two complement are short of each other. The language of a nation is the most distinct symbol of their unique culture. On this basis, this paper expounds the importance of culture in second language teaching. Language learning and culture learning is an integral whole unit, culture restricts the people’s communicative behavior, when people try to learn a new language, they should not only proficient in how to speak fluently, but also understand the deep meaning behind the language, pay more respect in intercultural communication. Finally, this paper studied the definition and classification of the cultural words. Many theories for the definition and classification of the cultural words, given the research object of this article is in the primary stage, this paper redefine the cultural words, and according to the different in the field of life, culture words are divided into six categories: social and political class, food and clothing live line, festivals, tourism, communicative language arts and culture.In the second chapter, this paper selects the current Chinese Textbooks of senior high school from Seoul- South Korea Gyeonggi Province, according to the basic theory, culture loaded words in each book were screened out according to the classification table form, the form of quantity of each kind of culture loaded words in the pie chart view of performance, in order to the distribution characteristics of various cultural words found in the textbook. Then, the classification of cultural words in all materials by histogram for comparison, to compare the position and culture loaded words cultural words in teaching materials accounted for the proportion of new words in a pie chart, finally found the number of Korean high school Chinese teaching material culture loaded words, often appear in the reading section, and the uneven distribution of the situation.The third chapter mainly aims at the 69 student questionnaires and 12 copies of questionnaire investigation. Culture loaded words survey of students in a school year. As the basis, to examine their acceptance of the culture loaded words in the textbook and grasp the situation, found that the students of cultural words, understanding of messy trivial knowledge can not distinguish between small, not familiar with the problem. Investigation on the teachers from different teaching methods with the method of culture loaded words and expressions, in order to explore the way to solve the above problems.The fourth chapter is the summary of the full text, from two aspects of compiling textbooks and classroom teaching put forward suggestions for improvement, and suggestions are put forward according to the classroom teaching and textbook writing. By analyse and summary of this article, exposed the overseas cultural words in teaching and learning in the primary stage of all kinds of problems, make teachers at the primary stage of overseas Chinese language teaching activities and have the skills to fill the blank of the teaching material and improve teaching efficiency and the efficiency of practice, helps the student to understand China in daily communication, and achieve real effective intercultural communication.
