The ancients said things reflect the truth, meaning objects to reflect the description reflects the philosophy, truth. Early childhood science education activities, the thing is the problem. A good science education activity must ultimately figure of the problem, the inherent logic of the scientific activities determine the importance of the problem of design, it is the cornerstone of the activities, almost all scientific inquiry activities because of the problem of the sky, the problem runs through the entire active process. Broad sense, the activities of scientific inquiry is a problem, the problem-solving process. Therefore, the design problem is inevitable.This study selected a provincial science features demonstration garden for the study, the use of quality non-participatory observation, interviews to collect data, kindergarten science activities teachers design of system. Firstly, the researcher analyzed the status of question design in Childhood Science Activities, from the type of questions, the purpose of the teacher questions, the time that the teachers waiting the childrens’ answers, as well as feedback from teachers, learn about the status quo ’discovery issues. Second, the researcher analyzed the factors that influencing question design, four factors that the professional quality of teachers, the law of the physical and mental development of children, teaching content and moving target, and the teaching and learning environment will affect the question of design. Third, teachers on the basis of the above analysis and summary of the characteristics of a valid scientific activities: explore, directionality, and experience, accuracy and beautiful, default and generative. "Degree" of four strategies designed to promote teacher effective: to improve the quality of science education for teachers, a good grasp of the problem, the problem design suitable for young children’s physical and mental development of the law, effective feedback and guidance in a timely manner.
